Hello!! I redesigned AGAIN and made my own VTuber model for myself for VTubing for free :3 I used softwares like Krita, Blender and VSeeFace to create and later track my Vtuber model.
All of those softwares are free as well. I know it's a shorter video but I hope you enjoy it, and I hope you learn some tips about how to make a chibi 3D VTuber model or just a Chibi drawing or 2d chibi VTuber model.
In this video I explain the story how I was personally inspired by Nyanko Days, a very cute anime with pet like chibis. I show how I drew some chibi sketches in Krita and then how I tried making the VTuber model in 3D in Blender. I failed at first but on my 2nd attempt at making myself a VTuber model I think it came out way cuter. At the end of the video I also give 5 tips for beginners in VTubing or in art on how to draw and design a chibi model similarly to what I did.

I think upgrade blep is amazing no matter what tho
I think part of it is just getting used to a model from a viewing perspective. I like this new one a lot and can definitely see it growing on me. Awesome work as per usual
I like all of them but I miss the last blep. The new one is VERY yellow and I don’t like the short hair as much. In conclusion I do like them both and I’m pleased with whatever you decide to do, do not feel pressured to change just because I said this 😅
Personally, I like the previous one better simply because I find the proportions much cuter. Those super extra chibi characters make me a little uncomfortable because I always try to imagine how they eat or something and it drives me crazy lol. I also hate too much yellow and like some glasses/long hair rep so I am VERY biased. In the end it's all your decision!

Honestly, if youre 100% happy with the model, the fact you did it 3 days is pretty impressive. I think it looks cute~

Your model is so cute and im impressed that you made it in 3 day, the way the ears and tail moves is so fluid.
But Blep is shrinking so much, that one day I would need a microscope so I can see such adorable model.
Also thanks for the tips, I really want to try and make a chibi model on Blender one day
I liked the floofyness and darker colors of the previous model, but this one is cute too :3

Related to your question about your model, I think something that I would check would be:
° The yellow on the hoodie maybe less saturated aiming to the older color pallete
° And mostly between the new and old, You have more information in the socks/hoodie, those lines that helps to describe to cloth

Maybe trying to reintroduce the glasses for the new model could help with the face feeling a little off to you.🤔 Personally I think it's cute.
Of course it never hurts to experiment if you think something could improve it further.

I like the first model, but I like this one just as much, and the fact you managed to make this in three days is mind blowing to me. This is fantastic work!
I like both! This one is even smaller so I find that very cute. It's funny that you keep going smaller, next version will only consist of 2 tiny polygons or something. One for the head one for the body, and you'd need to zoom in all the way to see your model haha
Have you tried with brown hair btw? Or do y ou prefer blonde now?
I opted to be a fennec fox and so my hair is Blonde! They're the smallest foxes so it ties with the proportions well :3
But yea I'm aware that combined with this outfit i'm quite yellow LOL I have drawn other outfits though, just haven't made them in 3D yet.
I'll probably end up using some outfits more than the others, and this one is meant to be in similar theme to the previous doggo blep!
I like this as a summer alternative, but the original was cuter in my opinion and felt more characteristic

I still prefer the doggo blep, this once feels a biiiit off but if you like it, go for it!
4:20 I think it's look somewhat cuter with a bit darker of hair like the original..it'd give a bit of a pop making it a tad more interesting looking but other than that nitpick I think the new one is super cute!
the super short one is realy cute ngl, but I persoanly like more the longer hair, face shape and the glasses from the older model if I'm gonne be honest
I think its really cute. Def the cutest vtuber avatar ive seen so far. I really like the little asymetrical mouth tooth. I do think though u could make more cuter things, i think humans have a limit to how cute they can be, the more animal or fantasy i think things get cuter

ahhh this one's so cute! 😭 it feels like a baby version of the previous doggo blep model. personally, i like it a lot!!
I am in absolute love with this, altho I do prefer the previous model a little.
That said, I really wish you'd make a tutorial for /with us, where you take us from the beginning, to the end- like a "go along with me" sort of thing! ^.^
It is really hard to follow any of thse things if one never made a model themselves like this.
It's really hard to get into details without producing a very long and most likely boring at times video, but I think I could try doing a breakdown that maybe will help at least point to where to start and everything :3

@@Blep35 I've recently talked about it on my twitter (40k+ followers) and it appears most people (including me of course) actually like videos that explain from A to Z. I don't think those are boring at all. In fact, it may actually boost your views because people can follow how to do it slowly, for once, and then make more sense of all the other videos where it's just quicker, shorter "showcasings" - if that makes sense? ^_^

The model is cute I like the style but the design still needs something to make it more special cause off now it looks quite basic. And I don’t like the front bangs I liked them cut straight more ;3 but overall the style is super adorable and I like it more :)

i like the hair color of the first, maybe a hybrid of the sizes with the haircut of the newer one. even by the end of the video I still don't know how people make vtuber modles it seems so complex

i feel like you should maybe move the eyes a bit more up? i’m not sure if the eyes are at the right spot, but for me i would feel like that would be the best, she looks absolutely adorable though

Your models are such an inspiration and I would love an even more detailed tutorial on how you model, retopologize, weight paint, texture paint and do blendshapes in blender. (Maybe when you make your next model with a commissioner's permission or have a giveaway model you could record while you make it)
you may think it's off-putting, but it's honestly really well-made. You did a really good job from an aesthetic point of view. All those revisions were worth the trouble. You are very meticulous and it pays off. I really love the face from the front. I'd have liked to see the side too, since every angle matters imo, but nothing's off-putting to me. It's just really good.
Personally, I think it is an upgrade because U MADE AN EVEN MORE CUTER AND STUBBIER (idk if that even is a word) , THAF MAKES IT OVERALL, THE BEST

You made a Chibi while I'm busy revamping my beanpole model(the one I have as my profile, the height is around 162cm but the body portion made him looks like he's 190cm)
the small model has its time and place
the model made prior looks better overall and should be the main focus for posting

Words can't express the cuteness and innocent the design of your new design though i like your previous model and thats how came to i know you. But the face is much better than the jump scare face since it keeps the vibe of your previous model and its like im seeing a mini pocket version of it just make the hair the same color as the previous model.
Btw if got inspired by Nyanko Days, you may want to read the manga Nukoduke since this what got me to watch Nyanko Days and my reason to love cute chibi art style.
