      @@mandyle4234 It is a very good method to listen to the children's story! I wish there was a translation for the Korean language learners so you can understand the contents better too. The story is about how much the mom loves her baby.

      I have a few tips for learning Korean for y’all,
      1.learn Hangul FIRST
      If you learn Hangul first, then you can at least read or write or both which will help you understand somethings
      2.use APPS
      Normally, people say to buy all of these books but all you need to learn basic Korean is these four apps (Papago, teuida, Quizlet and drops)
      3.take your time while learning
      It’s important to not rush and pay attention while studying because if you DO rush then you will most likely forget what you learned
      4.take an online class (if you can)
      Taking online classes and talking to someone is really helpful because they can explain your errors and help you correct them
      5.make sure you know someone that is Korean or that already knows Korean.
      Talking to someone in Korean is REALLY good for practicing the language and practicing the language with someone helps you not forget the things that you learnt

      You are missing point of the video, it is to help you learn to read if you have subtitles you will never learn like riding a bike with staberlizers one day you have to take them off. I have watched this several times and i put the words i don't understand into to google translator , the whole idea is you translate your self .

    Don't get me wrong, I love listening to this but people are saying they're learning the language from it which confuses me 😅 cause it's not translating it or anything ?

    • @Departure-yz7ok

      we're looking up the words we don't know in a dictionary lol

    • @Gabriella.tea5020
      @Gabriella.tea5020 3 года назад +3

      This may just be for me, but I do know some people learn by listening and looking. When we were children we learned by listening to the words and looking at our surroundings/picture books. So another words we weren’t really give a different language to be translated into a language we already knew, because we never knew a language before we learn our native language. If that makes sense 😂

    • @Departure-yz7ok
      @Departure-yz7ok 3 года назад +2

      @@Gabriella.tea5020 Same :-) Not many people learn a language that way so it's cool to meet someone else who does that. I always start out like that too. Then When I'm half a year into the language then I start translating the rest

    • @Departure-yz7ok
      @Departure-yz7ok 3 года назад +1

      @@Gabriella.tea5020 especially for Korean that method makes so much sense because you won't get very far by translating literally 😂

      This is more of a study tool than a lesson. This is great for people who have learned some grammar rules and some beginner vocabulary, but if someone doesn't know anything about korean this will not be helpful.
