I really think they did a bad job on the MBT. Right now what it seems like is basically ripping off the old MBTK project. I want to see more historical element of the game, especially since that's what they tout the game to be. Balance wise kinda okay; all tanks should have one form of weakness or another. Probably next year or so. AP is likely translation of "APCBC" or other forms of shell with a "cap" to be more streamlined in flight.
Arty shouldn't be able to destroy themselves "without penality" at all, honestly "if arty destroys itself by drowning or fall" damage it should just be rewarded to the closest enemy vehicle and possibly shared with the scout spotting it. (EDIT in "quotation" marks to clarify what I meant)
I think the unflip mechanism could work only if allies are near, but would still be automatic, for example, if an ally is 25 meters or less away from you, it would take 5 seconds to unflip, if its 50 meters it would take like 7-10 seconds until the unflip wouldnt work anymore. Nearby enemies would slow down the unflip
Good idea....Taking away the actual task of rolling tank back over. and agree, must have allied tank VERY near you and both must not move a few seconds. Have a meter bar showing progress.
i fought against a MBT-B in one of my battles, we played on serene coast one line, MBT-B did about 1k damage, and died in 2 minutes because our team saw a new tank and rushed him, but i think many people didn't know where to shoot and he blocked 6k. I checked the player stats but it was only his second battle in MBT-B so theres not much info
Once people find out about its weak spot, and they will, I think it'll be just a meh tank, nothing special. Which is honestly exactly what I want it to be
One was also in my team some 3 days before and that guy was a complete joke - it was like some account active from january and he had some 1k average damage in MBT. He also played TL7, udarnyi, TS54 with some 1k average damage... in other words, he was very low skilled player...

If they can determine who flipped you (and they can, IIRC to recognize team killing), they can disable the anti-flip for the tanks flipped by the enemy.
The arty suicide issue would disappear if WG would remove all personal missions. Put the reward tanks in the bond shop. The game was designed around TEAM PLAY and the only stat that mattered was win rate. Frankenstein-ing on personal missions like champagnes was a huge mistake, and the player community told them it was a mistake but like everything else, WG ignored them
Well at nowadays' "miserable" state of arta (from a clicker's perspective), WG should just take every single one of them out and give back all xp, gold, bonds or wtf else someone has spent on them... Would satisfy both the clickers' side and the haters' side at same time...
Remove all grinds and put them in the bond shop while you are at it Arty missions are not difficult and they are very old by now, if anyone still says they are playing arty because of missions they are lying or simply incredibly bad at the game. I really like the SPG changes. Especially the inability to drown or to splash yourself to death, which is imo a perfect example of unsportsmanlike conduct. I play a lot of artillery myself and when I see one drowning himself, whether on my own team or the enemy team, I feel ashamed and angry because it only feeds the aversion that most players already have against artillery.
I think instead of a countdown and it flips back over they should have your repair kit flip you over.. if it is still on cool down you have to wait until it is ready.
Yes, it seems they are pumping the public testing of the new vehicles. I've also spotted the TS-54 double barrel tank and Latta srv tank destroyer these last few days.
Arty, no self destruction against wall, team stun and possible team kill needs to stay in place. Keep Drowning mechanic for all. NO auto flip when fallen of a ledge - keep it real baby.
Flip time should be like 10 secs but reset every time when you are hit or bumped by enemy So you won't be forced to afk until end of battle if no one is around you but if you messed up in front of enemy, they can farm you
Wait a sec, yes the RU server are run by a different company. But this doesnt mean that they can change the game codes and mechanics and basically create a different game.
Hey, Dez! I like all of the changes about arty accept one... And it is removing the extending of the stun when you hit an already stunned tank. If they make that change missions for assist damage or stun missions in arty will become much, much harder.
Thanks for update Dez. Also, don't care what they do on RU, but hope those changes not come to other servers. Arty should stun EVERYONE in the area and the farther away the less stun. Except for inability to stun your team mates, those SPG changes should NOT be implemented - unless it's done in line with massive rework of the SPG missions in campaigns. SPGs have been already nerfed enough.
I was ok up to the anti-flip. That shit needs to stay concept, not in game. Flipping is part of the game to force you to pay attention to what you're doing instead of being a clueless muppet. We need features in game to make it challenging, not put baby-bumpers on everything to dumb things down.
The flip should have been as if "someone" push the tank back and let the physics do itself, maybe way less bugs and feels more natural, than just spawn like that
On console they have the anti-flip and after 10 seconds your tank flips back up. However if you keep nudging a flipped tank, the timer resets(kinda like damaged tracks) and can keep an enemy tank flipped.
After 12 years of making the game less fun, every tanker has earned the right to warp to the next battle when MM and RNG unite to remove all fun from a battle.

MBT-B seems pretty good. Maybe a bit too weak turret for this hight of the tank. I am happy it wasn't Rhino type of nerfs though. People play e5 and so with big weak spots. Its pron will be also a decent tank
I saw a MBT in one of my matches too and asked the guy afterwards what he thinks of the tank so far and he said he hated it. Unfortunately he wasn't allowed to tell me how it will be obtainable

They need to add a way to upright your tank. Many games completely ruined because I clip a rock an end up on my roof while whole team ignores me. What is my crew doing while I’m flipped? Why can’t they do something about it. Perhaps a good solution is to have an extra consumable slot for a “Wench” or something that you can use at a cost of 20k credits, and it takes half a minute to upright, as well if you get shot your crew has to start the timer over because they all took cover. Cause right now if you flip your stuck doing nothing. You can’t help or anything, and you can’t even quit to join a different game. It’s stupid
Those changes on the SPG for the RU server are awful! What is all that rage against that class? Why do they keep "nerfing" (that can't be called nerf anymore, at this point) over and over, even though it has NEVER been a competitive class in any kind of game before? Now in RU you can't even blow yourself up or stun teammates that pissed you off? They took away the only way to have fun and troll the toxic noobs/tryhards that continue to ruin the game. I really hope those changes never hit the EU servers, otherwise I will be forced to quit the game, this time for good.
Wargaming should also change campaign missions if they change the stun mechanic. The only reason for me to play arta is missions and I don't think that I will finish the stun related missions anymore with this change :-/
The changes on the RU server are just amazing, other then the flip, it's a good idea but i think not worrying about getting flipped should not be a thing, it teaches you to be more careful next time to not get flipped. + it adds much more bugs in the game, so i don't think it is worth the effort.

I really don't care if someone blows themselves up or drowns. I get pissed off when I get a long string of bad RNG, bad teams, and losses. You really can't do away with the drowning unless every body of water is to shallow to drown in. Other wise they would just go hide out in the deepest parts and wait for the game to end. In my opinion they should take artillery out of the game all together. HE rounds were not designed to do what they do in this game. Stun is just a stupid mechanic and HE damage is just free damage that ignores armor. Though I will give them credit for adjusting the damage according to the type of armor on the vehicle. I also think they should make these reward tanks available to everyone in some way. Either costing more bonds in the bond store or tokens in the Battle Pass seasons. As I see it, this game caters to the best players in the game. And people bitched when they said it catered to the people who could pay for items. I have paid a lot into this game and it has just gotten worse with each update. They tend to get very little right when they do updates. Why would you nurf a tank just because it is popular? How stupid is that? Map rebalancing is a joke! All they ever do is take away the TD snipping positions on the maps and call it a day. As for ramming, it should cause module and crew damage only. You can not kill a tank by ramming it.
Anti fliping could be great in some cases: some tanks like the T100LT have a tendancy to flip and bouce at every bump, which can be very dramatic for the team at the beginning of the game, esprcially when it's only one scout. The strv 103s are quite impossible to flip out, even with the help of a team mate because of it's totaly flat upper shape. The anti suicide measures for arties are good thing. How an irritable thing to see player not fighting till the end.
The towing feature on War Thunder. It is super nice because in addition to flipping teammates back you can tow dead tanks as trophy. Although War Thunder itself is just a another can of worms and I have recently started to play it. I would think about removing the flipped timer (or extending it) to incentivize players to help their teammates.
I dont like the arty changes, especially the fixed stun mechanic. And the anti-flip mechanic is silly. It destroys just another mechanic which makes the game interesting. It is the only thing which makes driving somewhat challenging. Actually clown cars should be made so that they flip much easier.
I've seen one as well a few days ago. He was on my team, top tier in a t8 game, and of course, like most super testers, he was an absolute bot. Didnt know what he was doing, tried to snipe from the red line for a bit, then got bored, yoloed in and died after dealing one shot of damage.
Me: I would miss those moments where you can help somebody get fliped back or be helped (always nice feeling) Dez: I would miss those moments where enemy tank is flipped.. :D
For gameplay purposes I think drowning should happen quicker (shorter warning countdown) but instead of insta-killing all your crew, it causes damage and injures crew members gradually just like a fire.

The stun mechanic change should be implemented as soon as possible. When you have purple recent statistics and get into a tier 10 battle against BC arty and one other like CGC you can be stunned for most of the battle. Literally saying this because it happened to me yesterday. And open maps without hard arty safe cover are unplayable if you want to really go out and play the game, not to sit and camp in some irrelevant position with a heavy tank.
Just play and dont cry about it. If you are a good player you should be a priority for enemy arties to kill because the normal tanks wont be able to do it easily

The antiflip should be a teameffort, I would not mind some sort of way to help tanks that are compleltly flipped in an easier way. But you should tobe able to flip yourself.
I would love some of those Arty changes on EU, arty not being able to kill itself I would say is a good thing now they just need to get punished for drowning themselves. Arty stun not stacking I would love as sometimes you just get focused by arty for half the game and the removing the stun from friendlies in the arty splash I think is a good idea. The anti flipping is a great idea and I think it should've been in the game a long time ago (some of my friends came up with the idea that if you flip and there is an enemy close by the tank won't flip or if there is an ally nearby the tank will take longer to flip)
Hi Dez :) sorry for long comment :) SPG rebalance - I'm sure I'm talking in the name of minority of people who play spg from time to time, like 2-4 battles per session. About stun duration - all in all I think it is ok. Everybody will know for how much second they will be stunned and spg players know how much stun they need in order to complete stun/assist missions. That is ok, but they also need to rebalance those same missions ( stun seconds, kills, assist, damage done) because I don't see they gave more shells for some spg, which are badly needed or doing something about reload/aim/accuracy.... Anti-flip system, what we saw is not good in my opinion because - what's the point of introducing physics in the first place (?). We already have phiysics breaking EBR's, they don't slow down while turning, going zig-zag and they always end up on their wheels, no mater what (even when they are dead). That is so bad and lame. And I agree with you on some ideas towards some other mechanic for fliping thing, just like you said. Teammate helping you to go back on your tracks. And MBT-B : just looking on stats, looks, armor layout, I think it needs more tuning. (down, of course). Comparing to E5 - MBT-B is better in almost everything, apart of dpm. More power, more armor, impressive view range, better alpha and pen, not even reload time that far from E5. And it would be awesome for some new missions, just like for 260/279(e), not for ranked/outslought or something like that because we will have another wave of awesome player going full ham on players which didn't not took part in those events (no matter the reason). We already have/had wave after ranked season, a lot of battles with 279(e)'s and Chieftains on both sides. :)
honestly i think the server split will be healthy for the game overall, if the RU version implements nice features, we get to see them get tried out and ask wg to implement them in NA/EU servers.

I havent seen these crazy nerfs before even a release of MBT-B for years. Everything about the tank got nerfed except the pen, and alpha. It used to have better speed, better dpm. With these weakspots, they should really kept it in the first iteration. Big and except the front turret and hull it is going to be like a medium, and its clan war reward. Kinda feel bad for a possibly great vehicle

anti-flip feature sounds pretty bad, even though people will usually ignore you if you flip and ask for help. the problem with it is that its be a sort of safety barrier for bad driving, or not paying attention, and also prevents some interesting moments from happening. this goes without saying that the ability to not have to rely on teammates, who usually dont care, which is a good thing..
RU server does seem to be more lax and innovative than EU, where we only get new premiums at higher and higher prices, or so it seems :). managers of the RU server have actually implemented good features
Why not keep the full stun range, but just have it based on how close to direct impact you get? SPGs are already super boring to play, but they are a necessary evil for combatting campy hull-down meta. Don't need to pile more nerfs on nerfs for SPGs
I don't know why, but playing SPG has learned me more about maps than everything else, then I just repeated what I saw in my battles with heavy I played and got to do some nice battles, and also I find kinda satisfying sitting at the redline, and helping my T8 against that SConq or whatever they could face, along with countering enemy SPGs... Worth for me even for the shittalk everyone gives to SPGs. Only thing they would need to adress is the missions, it's complete nonsense doing that much dmg with assist (I believe 260 has like 7k combi requirement for SPG, which is insane)

looking at the armor model seems fine to me, insanely easy to hit weakpoint on the front of the turret so def gonna be a tank that takes skill to use, seems like a heavy tank brother to the M60
Getting rid of friendly artillery stun will have an unintended balance skewing consequence. It's going to further encourage camping. If you're in a position where the enemy is near and you are at risk of being hit by artillery you can counter the enemy arty by closing with the near-by tank and brawling. If arty can stun both friend and foe they won't fire into the brawl (unless they are utter window lickers). By eliminating friendly stun arty can pound away into the brawl without any negative consequences. So the answer is camp, don't brawl, if the enemy has arty. They keep making these silly choices that encourage camping bush.

anti flip is going to mess up those times when you flip an enemy by ramming and then focus the enemies who aren't flipped first.

Don't like the anti-flip. But maybe extend/remove the self-destruction timer for the completely flipped tank.
Arty drawning should register as a teamkill. That way, they'll go blue and get banned if they do it often.
Hey, Dez! I like all of the changes about arty accept one... And it is removing the extending of the stun when you hit an already stunned tank. If they make that change missions for assist damage or stun missions in arty will become much, much harder.

Except for inability to stun your team mates, those SPG changes should NOT be implemented - unless it's done in line with massive rework of the SPG missions in campaigns. SPGs have been already nerfed enough.

No arty should still receive a 10% dmg nerf or a 20% stun duration nerf, that would make arty more balanced.
I was ok up to the anti-flip. That shit needs to stay concept, not in game. Flipping is part of the game to force you to pay attention to what you're doing instead of being a clueless muppet. We need features in game to make it challenging, not put baby-bumpers on everything to dumb things down.
The flip should have been as if "someone" push the tank back and let the physics do itself, maybe way less bugs and feels more natural, than just spawn like that
My last day of playing WOT was when a set of apparently wooden steps flipped tank on it's side. Haven't played since.
On console they have the anti-flip and after 10 seconds your tank flips back up. However if you keep nudging a flipped tank, the timer resets(kinda like damaged tracks) and can keep an enemy tank flipped.
you forgot to mention the the lower side full is only 40mm and not 90 like the upper side hull thats a massive drawback too
After 12 years of making the game less fun, every tanker has earned the right to warp to the next battle when MM and RNG unite to remove all fun from a battle.
Agreed, want to stop the suicides then stop the 0% chance to win matches! Fix the MM people have been complaining about for 10 years. I don't do it personally as I don't want to wreck my win8 but I have wanted to many times and understand why people do it.

I would love to see a feature where a crashing or drowning tanks HP get awarded to the closest enemy player or is split up among all alive enemies.
Not sure about the anti-flip feature, when you flip your enemy tank and he will be back in like 30 seconds on his track and its a damn hard to kill Object?!
I used to play arty and 1000% agree, no suicide shellings. Always pissed me off to see other arty players murder themselves.

MBT-B seems pretty good. Maybe a bit too weak turret for this hight of the tank. I am happy it wasn't Rhino type of nerfs though. People play e5 and so with big weak spots. Its pron will be also a decent tank

I saw a MBT in one of my matches too and asked the guy afterwards what he thinks of the tank so far and he said he hated it. Unfortunately he wasn't allowed to tell me how it will be obtainable
its gun is pretty good but it doesn't really have good armor, the turret has a massive ass weakspot right on the front.

They need to add a way to upright your tank. Many games completely ruined because I clip a rock an end up on my roof while whole team ignores me. What is my crew doing while I’m flipped? Why can’t they do something about it. Perhaps a good solution is to have an extra consumable slot for a “Wench” or something that you can use at a cost of 20k credits, and it takes half a minute to upright, as well if you get shot your crew has to start the timer over because they all took cover. Cause right now if you flip your stuck doing nothing. You can’t help or anything, and you can’t even quit to join a different game. It’s stupid
Those changes on the SPG for the RU server are awful! What is all that rage against that class? Why do they keep "nerfing" (that can't be called nerf anymore, at this point) over and over, even though it has NEVER been a competitive class in any kind of game before?
Now in RU you can't even blow yourself up or stun teammates that pissed you off? They took away the only way to have fun and troll the toxic noobs/tryhards that continue to ruin the game. I really hope those changes never hit the EU servers, otherwise I will be forced to quit the game, this time for good.
Wargaming should also change campaign missions if they change the stun mechanic. The only reason for me to play arta is missions and I don't think that I will finish the stun related missions anymore with this change :-/
The changes on the RU server are just amazing, other then the flip, it's a good idea but i think not worrying about getting flipped should not be a thing, it teaches you to be more careful next time to not get flipped. + it adds much more bugs in the game, so i don't think it is worth the effort.

Arty should have less stun, it's a trash class that suits only bots.
I really don't care if someone blows themselves up or drowns. I get pissed off when I get a long string of bad RNG, bad teams, and losses. You really can't do away with the drowning unless every body of water is to shallow to drown in. Other wise they would just go hide out in the deepest parts and wait for the game to end.
In my opinion they should take artillery out of the game all together. HE rounds were not designed to do what they do in this game. Stun is just a stupid mechanic and HE damage is just free damage that ignores armor. Though I will give them credit for adjusting the damage according to the type of armor on the vehicle.
I also think they should make these reward tanks available to everyone in some way. Either costing more bonds in the bond store or tokens in the Battle Pass seasons. As I see it, this game caters to the best players in the game. And people bitched when they said it catered to the people who could pay for items. I have paid a lot into this game and it has just gotten worse with each update. They tend to get very little right when they do updates. Why would you nurf a tank just because it is popular? How stupid is that? Map rebalancing is a joke! All they ever do is take away the TD snipping positions on the maps and call it a day.
As for ramming, it should cause module and crew damage only. You can not kill a tank by ramming it.
Anti fliping could be great in some cases: some tanks like the T100LT have a tendancy to flip and bouce at every bump, which can be very dramatic for the team at the beginning of the game, esprcially when it's only one scout. The strv 103s are quite impossible to flip out, even with the help of a team mate because of it's totaly flat upper shape.
The anti suicide measures for arties are good thing. How an irritable thing to see player not fighting till the end.
The towing feature on War Thunder. It is super nice because in addition to flipping teammates back you can tow dead tanks as trophy. Although War Thunder itself is just a another can of worms and I have recently started to play it.
I would think about removing the flipped timer (or extending it) to incentivize players to help their teammates.
I dont like the arty changes, especially the fixed stun mechanic.
And the anti-flip mechanic is silly. It destroys just another mechanic which makes the game interesting. It is the only thing which makes driving somewhat challenging. Actually clown cars should be made so that they flip much easier.
I've seen one as well a few days ago. He was on my team, top tier in a t8 game, and of course, like most super testers, he was an absolute bot. Didnt know what he was doing, tried to snipe from the red line for a bit, then got bored, yoloed in and died after dealing one shot of damage.
Yes a option for teammembers to press a key to unflip a vehicle. Still relies on teamwork but a Even 90 can help out a Maus now.
I want the auto flip SOOOO much. With low turning TD I am constantly flipping myself over in mountain and city maps with stair like ridges

For gameplay purposes I think drowning should happen quicker (shorter warning countdown) but instead of insta-killing all your crew, it causes damage and injures crew members gradually just like a fire.
When you drown there was already a penalty far as I know.crew gets 0xp and repair cost is 100%

The stun mechanic change should be implemented as soon as possible.
When you have purple recent statistics and get into a tier 10 battle against BC arty and one other like CGC you can be stunned for most of the battle.
Literally saying this because it happened to me yesterday. And open maps without hard arty safe cover are unplayable if you want to really go out and play the game, not to sit and camp in some irrelevant position with a heavy tank.
Just play and dont cry about it. If you are a good player you should be a priority for enemy arties to kill because the normal tanks wont be able to do it easily

I support not suicide by shooting rework. As for drawing I can understand why arty does it with 40+seconds reload but people who do it in their mediums, lights, tds with 7 second reload time and heavies deserve perma ban imo
They need to buff some old tanks to be competitive as well, f.ex. for IS7 better frontal armor and gun handling or more Alpha dmg.

I think they should go the Warthunder route for flipping. They should keep some semblance of realism in the game.
The antiflip should be a teameffort, I would not mind some sort of way to help tanks that are compleltly flipped in an easier way. But you should tobe able to flip yourself.
Removing stun stack is a good idea... Towards the path of actually getting rid of it entirely

I would love some of those Arty changes on EU, arty not being able to kill itself I would say is a good thing now they just need to get punished for drowning themselves. Arty stun not stacking I would love as sometimes you just get focused by arty for half the game and the removing the stun from friendlies in the arty splash I think is a good idea. The anti flipping is a great idea and I think it should've been in the game a long time ago (some of my friends came up with the idea that if you flip and there is an enemy close by the tank won't flip or if there is an ally nearby the tank will take longer to flip)

SPG rebalance - I'm sure I'm talking in the name of minority of people who play spg from time to time, like 2-4 battles per session. About stun duration - all in all I think it is ok. Everybody will know for how much second they will be stunned and spg players know how much stun they need in order to complete stun/assist missions. That is ok, but they also need to rebalance those same missions ( stun seconds, kills, assist, damage done) because I don't see they gave more shells for some spg, which are badly needed or doing something about reload/aim/accuracy....
Anti-flip system, what we saw is not good in my opinion because - what's the point of introducing physics in the first place (?). We already have phiysics breaking EBR's, they don't slow down while turning, going zig-zag and they always end up on their wheels, no mater what (even when they are dead). That is so bad and lame. And I agree with you on some ideas towards some other mechanic for fliping thing, just like you said. Teammate helping you to go back on your tracks.
And MBT-B : just looking on stats, looks, armor layout, I think it needs more tuning. (down, of course). Comparing to E5 - MBT-B is better in almost everything, apart of dpm. More power, more armor, impressive view range, better alpha and pen, not even reload time that far from E5. And it would be awesome for some new missions, just like for 260/279(e), not for ranked/outslought or something like that because we will have another wave of awesome player going full ham on players which didn't not took part in those events (no matter the reason). We already have/had wave after ranked season, a lot of battles with 279(e)'s and Chieftains on both sides. :)

The anti-flip mechanic isn't a bad thing as long as they make it so if there is an enemy tank within say 30m you can't flip.
The nerf to arty killing itself is actually pretty big i would always take adrenaline rush to and damage myself to get the extra dpm
I think a recovery truck should turn up and flip you back over. When that tank flipped back it looked to weird and not right.
honestly i think the server split will be healthy for the game overall, if the RU version implements nice features, we get to see them get tried out and ask wg to implement them in NA/EU servers.
Not stunning own team would be nice, but takes away from "realism". Arty not able to splash themselves is also great. Make arty float in water 🤣🤣

I really hope the anti-flipping mechanic never comes to our servers. If you are a bad driver and flip yourself, you deserve to be punished for it. Not to mention it could be exploited to possibly flip the tank onto an area you otherwise can't get too.

I havent seen these crazy nerfs before even a release of MBT-B for years. Everything about the tank got nerfed except the pen, and alpha. It used to have better speed, better dpm. With these weakspots, they should really kept it in the first iteration. Big and except the front turret and hull it is going to be like a medium, and its clan war reward. Kinda feel bad for a possibly great vehicle

@@Reshiram-yu2ep I'm not hating the E3, I have it. Love it, but a 279 shooting heat or a chief shooting gold will tear up a E3, all they gotta do is get beside it too, rip the E3. It's fun with it's armor but it is not practical in all situations like a 279 or chief can be.
Stun should scale with the ratio between max damage and the damage dealt
I would love if they`d rework the arty missions too, if they touch arties again. Mostly because some of them just became totally useless ...not to mention the nerf of them where they do more damage than before...but reflip is a MUST on all servers...I know it doesn`t make the things ``historically accurate''' ,but what is logic these days in WoT, right?

anti-flip feature sounds pretty bad, even though people will usually ignore you if you flip and ask for help. the problem with it is that its be a sort of safety barrier for bad driving, or not paying attention, and also prevents some interesting moments from happening. this goes without saying that the ability to not have to rely on teammates, who usually dont care, which is a good thing..
RU server does seem to be more lax and innovative than EU, where we only get new premiums at higher and higher prices, or so it seems :). managers of the RU server have actually implemented good features

Why not keep the full stun range, but just have it based on how close to direct impact you get? SPGs are already super boring to play, but they are a necessary evil for combatting campy hull-down meta. Don't need to pile more nerfs on nerfs for SPGs
I don't know why, but playing SPG has learned me more about maps than everything else, then I just repeated what I saw in my battles with heavy I played and got to do some nice battles, and also I find kinda satisfying sitting at the redline, and helping my T8 against that SConq or whatever they could face, along with countering enemy SPGs... Worth for me even for the shittalk everyone gives to SPGs. Only thing they would need to adress is the missions, it's complete nonsense doing that much dmg with assist (I believe 260 has like 7k combi requirement for SPG, which is insane)

The unflip mechanic should try to flip the tank with a light force, not force it to flip very hard
I saw one on the enemy team two days ago and it completely mauled my teammates, it had like 95% hp, 3 kills and i think around 4k dmg.
funny how the company that now runs the RU server seems to know how to handle and balance the game better than the people who actually made it

Does the not being able to damage your own artillery also work if someone is barrel blocking you? I've see a fair few arties die because some troll has barrel-blocked them

looking at the armor model seems fine to me, insanely easy to hit weakpoint on the front of the turret so def gonna be a tank that takes skill to use, seems like a heavy tank brother to the M60
Getting rid of friendly artillery stun will have an unintended balance skewing consequence. It's going to further encourage camping. If you're in a position where the enemy is near and you are at risk of being hit by artillery you can counter the enemy arty by closing with the near-by tank and brawling. If arty can stun both friend and foe they won't fire into the brawl (unless they are utter window lickers). By eliminating friendly stun arty can pound away into the brawl without any negative consequences. So the answer is camp, don't brawl, if the enemy has arty. They keep making these silly choices that encourage camping bush.
