- This video shows how to fix a specific problem. Whenever the engine is turned on, the driver window automatically lowers. That means the door control module has to be reprogrammed or replaced. Replacement is a lot cheaper than reprogramming. The entire module costs around $40 from eBay as of Aug, 2022. Reprogramming costs upwards of $400. Replacement will also fix many other door or window functions not operating properly. This procedure applies to S500, S430, S55 AMG, and S600.

Somebody who understands how to incorporate music into their videos without destroying the entire video with obnoxiously loud and tasteless music. Great tutorial. Thanks!
Thank you.

Thanks, Idriece, for the kind words.
great production love the voice over and tasteful choice of music the channel quality has come a long way over the years ! any chance this could fix my issue where my front driver side seat controls are completely messed up for example if i try to recline my seat it will bring the seat forward if i try to lift my seat it will do the opposite all my seat controls have a mind of their own maybe a weak connection ? could try to dissasemble and clean it out it started happening only sometimes and would work fine others now it does it every single time lol
Thanks. Short of testing the electronics, most likely the problem is in the door control module.
Hi my door locks dont work with the key or the buttons. Ive repaired /opend the vacuum pump motor and confirmed its trying to do something but nothing that it controls work. Changed fuse. Still nothing. Any suggestions?
Hi Armen, either your pump is bad or one or more of the lines are leaking. To eliminate the pump, you have to take it out and confirm it is sucking and pushing air.
@@masood-tv ok, ty. I'm going to do it again
Yes, take it out completely and test on the bench. Feed it power with power probe or cables connected to the battery. It is hard to test where it is located. If the pump is good, check the connection points first. Especially, the ones in trunk door if your trunk is automatic. They develop cracks over time.
