How to transfer your UCount Rewards to your Standard Bank transactional account on the Standard Bank

    This is just a short tutorial on how to transfer your "UCount Rewards" to your Standard Bank transactional account on the Standard Bank App
    Do make sure to have the latest Standard Bank App update from the Play Store or the App Store.

    How to find my puresave account I've transfered my uCount this morning but cannot find it or it will go straight to my account after 3 day ?

      Thank you for your comment and feedback.
      We also happened to encounter the same the 1st time we transferred our UCount awards.
      We came to the conclusion that if you open up a new account online (pursave) during the week it will take about 24-48 hours to reflect and if you open up one during the weekend it will only reflect on the next business day .
      We hope this helps and are pretty certain that your account is reflecting by now…

    I am not able to transfer to puresave. It’s exhausting

      Thank you for the comment.
      Yes the Pursave option has been disabled for some reason .
      That is why you will have to open up a “notice deposit “account (via the app) in order to transfer to funds.

    I am struggling to puresave it doesn't give me that option
