They can't, these licenses usually include a clause that rights are kept indefinitely as long as the studio keeps making movies. That's why we got the War of Rohan or whatever, to keep the Lord of the rings rights. In the industry, these crap films spar out to keep rights like that are called "ashcans"

Can you review a movie called 'The Substance" with Demi Moore ? I heard it was really good. Haven't seen it yet because they want 20 dollars to rent it.
I think the result of them trying way too hard and forcing it to be R rated movie than to have a PG 13 they might as well just made it PG 13 like what's the point😅

So far it’s box office intake has been clocked in at all of $4.7 million. I wouldn’t be surprised if the movie came in 5th place after the weekend box office numbers comes in. Also some people defend Madame Web as a entertaining bad movie as oppose to Morbius which is a forgettable, boring bad movie. Not sure which one Kraven falls more into.
