ESO PvP: Permablock Bombing

This is a compilation of clips from the Ascending Tides patch so sadly I'm not sure if this play style and/or build would be viable on the current live server. This build would have been at it's peak during the High Isle patch due to the crazy buff Occult Overload received. Sadly, with the massive nerf to Occult Overload (1 second cooldown per occult proc), I'm not sure even a tweaked version of this build would be viable in todays game. However, if I figure out a way to make an updated version of the build work I can assure you I will post it on my channel.
The build I used in this video was slightly different from clip to clip but the main sets used were Livewire, Dark Convergence, Balorgh, 1 Trainee. I played around with different mythics but the ones that performed the best at the time were Markyn/Malacath.

How do u keep blocking without running out of stam?

By spamming expunge. It removes negative effects from you and gives back mag and stam at the cost of some health. Also was running block cost reduction glyphs on my jewelry

​@Tietjenss live wire is a really OP burst heal. But cro was also a lot better when these clips were made. None of this is really possible in the current patch as far as I know

Yeah necros had their glory days in the past sadly. There's probably a way to tweak this build to make it work on the current patch but obviously occult is trash now so would be much less reliable and more of a meme build
