Sometimes it’s not about length it’s about health btw you did an amazing job ❤️
She needed at least 3 inches cut off maybe 4, especially since she was getting extension added anyway. If my ends are damaged I tell my stylist to cut off what is needed, I know I'll be better off later. I understand though sometimes you just want to hold on to it. With that being said you did a beautiful job!!! Not blaming the stylist by the way.
She have a ton of beautiful hair and put extensions in there. I used to not understand when people told me to wear my own hair and now I do. It's a cute style though ❤️
More than 4 off
@@jneve2340 true especially if she went to the highest point on the right side where it was see-through.
krford89 yep
thats what i figured i cant tell what needs to be cut off sometimes, its when its see through right?
I love and respect the fact that she lets her clients see their hair and damage before styling and let’s them make the decision to cut after letting them know what would be best. I would tell her to get rid of it all if need be but not everyone wants to do that and her being mindful of her clients wishes is part of what makes her a great stylist. Length is great but if it isn’t healthy it isn’t worth it. I’ve made the mistake of keeping on to damage and paid for in in the long run. Your an excellent stylist, great work and praying for your continued blessings!
Troublesome A very tru but she is respecting her clients wishes. As I said I would have been cut it all off but not everyone wants that. Some are all about the look of having length than actually having health. If she just cut everyone’s hair as needed she would never hear the end of it and it could unfortunately damage her business. We all know people who are like this and raise hell when their wishes and are not met/respected even if it’s for the best.
Troublesome A I don’t know who’s saying she made it healthy when most of the ones ive read have said that the client is just going to end up with more damage. But my statement isn’t about what style should of been done. The client wants what she wants. If she doesn’t want it cut even though she is getting long ass tape ins then she doesn’t want it cut. Does it make sense? No. But the stylist is giving her what she wants. She knows what should be cut. She know that it is going to cause more damage but she doesn’t want it cut for whatever reason. The stylist is doing her job. The client will pay the consequences of her decision in the long run. Instead of getting those inches cut she will now have to deal with extra damage because her hair will no doubt continue to split. I get what your saying and yes a cut, braid down and sew in would have been better but it doesn’t matter what makes obvious sense when the client is requesting/paying for a certain style. Who knows maybe the studio recommended a better option and she refused. Regardless, the client wanted what she got and got what she asked for. Studio did a great job on the tape install and blend which is the style the client wanted.
Yea, but even if you were to tell her to get rid of it it’s still her decision because hairstylists can’t do whatever they want with their clients hair unless they tell you too or otherwise things will go left.
There's nothing worse then a stylist doing something a client didn't ask for so even though she might've needed more cutting off its good the she listened to what her client wanted. Its the clients choice at the end of the day. Think it turned out good tbh.
Right👏🏽
Thank you.
Exactly!!
Girl she needed that shit cut off. People want to hold onto dead hair that grows back
Exactly 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 like my sis is a hair stylist and she said you don’t have to cut all of it off you can wait until it grow and keep trimming it and by then you won’t have split ends after that. If you constantly get your hair done every two to three weeks it will grow and you won’t have dead’s ends if you maintain you’re hair. Ppl that cut them all off don’t have regular salon visits and don’t know what they are talking about.
I be feeling bad for the clients b/c these comments be wild 😂🤣
However, I cannot lie...this particular client, I was like “Oh my, please cut it” that was a lot of “see thru” hair 😳 like a LOT 😳
Me too! Soon as the white was put under the hair I said aloud; “Ooph; let that go Boo!” In the end though; it’s their decision, Right?🤷🏾♀️
Cos even had she cut what was “needed”
from my eye; she still would’ve had hella hair.
She should have let you cut more hair off. She's just doing more damage to her already damaged hair.
You did an amazing job as usual.
I said the same thing plus she was getting the tape ins but great job like you said
Some people will hold onto raggedy ends just to say they have length. Why are people so vested in length when it looks like crap. (Not to say her hair looks like crap but those ends sure did) You did amazing job, but she really needs to revisit that trim in the future.
They probably hold on to it because it took them years to get to that length
La Jo I could see that.
La Jo I understand that, but if she was to cut all the unwanted ends off maybe her hair could grow faster and wouldn’t have to wait that long for it to grow back...I mean she’ll still have some inches even if more was cut off.
I have an appointment...... in October. I can’t wait
When you make the appt, you get to have her as the stylist correct? Its not like a general appt with any other stylist ?
HOW was it
I stay in New York but I travel to Atlanta quite often. I’m going to stop in to get my hair done by you. I really like your work😍😍😍
Yes me too!
People Don t want to separate with damaged ou ragy ends 🤷♀️.
Amazing job. Bravo!
@Troublesome A i m agree
Troublesome A I don’t think so I use blow dryer on my hair all the time and get it silk pressed and it’s never damaged and I go to the beauty shop one a mth and get my ends cut. It’s just hair it’ll be ok🤷🏽♀️
Yeesssssss Queen!!! I used your techniques in school yesterday and my client loved her hair!!!! Thanks for giving us tips &tricks! 👑💕😇👏🏽👑💕😇👏🏽
You can see right through her ends she needed more cut off. Especially if she was gonna turn around and add extensions
😂🙄
I think she ask for not cut tous much.
Exactly. See, I'm the type to say, cut off everything that needs to go. Even if my hair was her length and took three years to get it to that length. I definitely don't want my ends to be see through.🤦🏽♀️
@@JuicyJ.86I agree and it might not take that long to grow back either if you get rid of the damage ends.
Juicy J even with vitamins your hair takes that long ?
I looked at the comments and thought maybe it’s not that back but then watched the video why did she want to hang onto those ends 😩 it’ll only break off her healthy hair unless she continues to get it cut regularly
That satisfying feeling you get when you see a good cut...then you get this client here, let them ends go sis LOL. You did a great job as usual mama!!
Some of y’all are the same ppl who was complaining about her cutting too much off the other videos smh 😂 y’all are pitiful! She did what her client wanted her to do and that is all that matters. It will not hurt her ends if she kept that little amount of split ends if she go to her regular and keep getting trims. Most of y’all don’t know what y’all are talking about and not hair stylist to be even giving advice! ✌🏾
Why are people so concerned with how much hair the client wanted cut...her hair didn't look that unhealthy, just uneven. Plus it doesn't matter if it looks like that straight if she doesn't wear it straight. 🤷 Let people be . Nice job sis, seamless install 👍
Exactly it’s like people are obsessed with how ppl want their hair! Let me see their real hair, probably don’t even have any lol
xoAngelicaF let’s see your real ends tho👀
Melanie Arthur They either go one way or the other. If she would have cut more, they would have condemned her for it. Now all of a sudden it’s cut it.
I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist and her hair was really that bad but I always cut where a client wants me to cut. I also use a split end repair so it’s not that bad to wait to cut it later on.
I’d like to think those with an #opinion about how much is cut or not cut, is based on the health of ALL of her hair.
The overall health of the Client’s hair is not the question. It is the condition of her #ends that force comments like the ones some people leave.
Her #ends were in fact JACKED. Split ends continue to split unless cut above the split! The middle was splitting higher than the sides. Neglecting to address it only allows it time to split further up the shaft. That’s Hair Science; not an opinion!
She doesn’t have to cut anymore than she wants to, of course. But also; If you can’t recognize damaged ends, I understand why it maybe confusing as to why some leave the comments they do.
Her channels and videos never get old 😍😍
Yikes! Flawless installation but she literally has a hole in her hair. She needed it cut up to there!
Although I agree about cutting off the see-through ends, I can see if she held on to them because it blends better with the extensions. If she got more cut it would look blunt and poke out of the extensions more in a high ponytail.
You are a great stylist and a rare gem for only cutting what she was comfortable with letting go.
I love that @techillostudio consults with her clients prior to cutting their hair. That's professionalism at it's finest 👌🏾
It’s required, not a courtesy. Some just don’t extend that courtesy….But any Stylist of their salt recommends a trim….And how much a client is willing to cut if needed.
She’s a #pro no doubt, but not because of that.
I've never seen extensions that long, look so natural. Beautiful job
I love this look! You did amazing as always! 😍
I already know this is gonna be great!
Gorgeous! It looks so real 🥰
You did an amazing job as always. Love the consult so professional which I knew you would consult before cutting. You are a BAD(as in GOOD) stylist and your skills stands out❗👍🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love the tape ins I can’t wait to get mine! You always do an awesome job🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️😍👏🏾👌🏾👍🏾💪🏾😊🤗
BOMB as always

I love it already!!
The turnaround was cool.
If you are reading this just know that you are blessed. Amazing and beautiful don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I wish all your dreams would come true just as I want all my youtube dreams to come true thank you
Beautiful work love it😍🔥
“Consulting with her to see how much she’s comfortable with cutting.” Bless your souls, young lady. God Bless you richly! Some get scissor happy and cut way too much off other folks locks!
One day I will travel to the ATL to get my hair done by you! I’m obsessed with ur work so flawless every time🔥😩
Excellent job like always.
I have a request, can you do more hairstyles with the kinky curly hair that you offer. Also if you straightened the kinky curly hair will it hold a curl? 😘🥰
My hair needs her !
I want my hair done next 👏🏽
Purchasing the tape in extensions soon! Amazing work! ♥️
much love from Indy girl 😌
Looks amazing
♥️ your videos!
You are AMAZING 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love this stylist!! I bought the flat iron the edge stick the hair but didn’t turned out how she does it I wish she can do my hair and she free to cut what’s needed!
Her hair was beautiful without the tape in's. You did a good job!
Ommmmg I love this 😩😩I wish she was in NY!!!
Girl listen, i hate thinking im gonna have to pay for a flight or do a road trip for this 😑
Beautiful!!
What beautiful hair
This girl really needs to open a salon in New York ... she’s awesome
I tried these on my self didn’t quite come out like that . 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 ur skills I just want to get it like this😀
Gotta hold onto those ennnnnnnddsssss no matter WHAT! Lol. Looked amazing!
As much as I’d want to keep my length, understanding how the breakage/split ends work, I would’ve said to cut more. As far up to where it was transparent in the center, because clearly her hair will grow and even healthier with maintenance! 🤷🏽♀️
i just bought my clip-ins this morning !!!!
Anonymous Fashion sure
You did the right thing 😊👏🏾
Amo seu trabalho
She's looks beautiful
Amo todos tus videos ❤❤❤💎
Ughhh I wish you were in Dallas I cant find anyone here that does good tape ins
This is my exact texture
Beautiful
I'm your fan, I want to leave Salvador Bahia Brazil to go to your studio!!!!
Need you to open a salon in London 🇬🇧 😩
💯
I know I’m here watching these videos not relating like : 👁-👁 oh
Amazing 😲
I know I've seen Aida on "Say Yes to the Dress.. " She was a cousin of the bride. So pretty.
When will textured straight tapes extension be available again?
Its refreshing to see a stylist that isn't scissor happy!
Her picture at the end before you started your magic makes me wonder what the world she thinking about??? Hunni she look like she couldn't do nothing else with it. LMBO 🤣🤣♥️ Turned out Beautiful ❗
Wow 😍😍😍
You did a phenomenal job, would this work on natural hair? Once my hair hits some humidity it’s over
She needs to cut much more off...those ends are bad..great job as always
I agree with everyone!! If you are just going to get extensions, you might as well cut everything that needs to be cut!!
I want to see how you put them in the front I get the back but the front how much hair is left out
Can you do a video on how tape ins work , maintenance, and care for the hair they’re attached to on black hair? There isn’t enough info out about them and black hair.
Maybe the client gets hair added all the time and knows that blunt ends on your natural hair are noticeable when you have extensions added... eehhhh just trying to figure out why she didn’t get it cut just like everybody else but hey it’s her hair 🥴 the outcome looks great though👍🏾
Do you guys do relaxers?
can u tell us the name of the flat iron please?
How do you get a gap like that in your ends?
Ponytails, heat damage, etc.
@@jainicboo thank you.
Breakage and split ends that continue to travel upwards the hair strand. Looks like she hasnt cut her ends in a while which will provoke this
How does hair smell afterwards? 🔥
What blow dryer do you use?
I just ordered some more hair!!!!! The Indian wavy!!! That’s the hair you put in rt?? Even if not!!!! I’m still rocking it!!! Im a hairstylist as well!!!! The exotic curly is off the hook!! But I didn’t wanna put no heat on it !!! Even tho I know I can!!!
How many bundles are you using to complete the whole head? Please reply I’ve been asking I want this for my shower in October
Wonderful work! Do you do no leave out quick weaves as well ?
@studio techchilo
Not a stylist but I did notice where the client needed further trimming to her hair in the back. Her ends are thinning. I do like the hair that was added though. Looks very natural.
When booking an appt, do we need to purchase the hair in advance or can we purchase at the appt? Because I'm not sure which hair to purchase to blend the best once my hair reverts when working out or swimming.
I have a question which extensions are better the one ones or these band looking ones?..... Don't know if that makes any sense 😬
Hi what is the name of the spray bottle you use to straighten your hair?
Do you use heat protection before u blow dry?
Listen if y’all are afraid to cut ur hair cuz of growth or length then use wild growth. It actually works. Call me crazy but I also started to wash my hair every day and my hair grew so quick. Growing up,being mixed my mom always told me to wash once a week and my hair would never grow. My hair was barely to my shoulders my whole childhood and early teen days. I used wild growth every weekend and washed it daily. My hair now grows super quick and many times my hair has grown down to my butt after trimming
i’m a stylist in Florida. Love your work and your space.. how much would you charge for this technique. and if your shampoo/blow dry included? thanks, great job!
How many pieces did you use for her hair?
I wanted to see her natural hair 💛
I need to book an appointment and take a drive there before the year is over. You can cut whatever needs to go on me Lol
I bought one of your flat irons...What is the temperature you have the flat iron at please?
How do you remove the hair?
Dios te bendiga siempre y a tus manos.
Good job but I'm with everybody else.. 🎶let it goooo🎶 no need to keep them ends. Especially if getting a weave. And her hair was a good length to let a little go. You did great tho
How many packs did she use for this look?
Sometimes curly hair just never gets thick at the bottom. Especially when it gets long. And what may look like bad ends really is just the difference in lenghts. It's that nape to the op bone hair that doesn't grow .
How long will this last
Yaurait il des coiffeurs identiques en FRANCE merci ?
Bello saludos desde Italia tienes unas manos divina bendiciones miles soy cubana vivo en Italia
This is my hair story and I want her to do my hair so bad but COVID won't let me be great
