Those vacuum sealing machines are awesome. I have one and I use it to divide large portions of meat into smaller ones for the freezer. It prevents them crystals from heavily forming on the meat!
@@SouthernCoastalCookingTM well, the smell alone is amazing and yes it tastes really good. You can tell it's a high quality rub. Will do some wings smoked with pecan this weekend!

Hey joe, which one of those rubs are your go to for pork and chicken. Are chipotle seasoning real spicy. Thanks for sharing.
all of the ones here are good for both and no the chipotle is not that spicy
