Hi! I've had some really good experiences with 3 weight, non fuzzy/fluffy yarns as well as lion brand mandala. I'm making an on-going list of yarns that seem compatible over on my blog here : bit.ly/SentroBlog
Hi there! I have both Addis and that large Sentro. I'm actually watching while I crank out a hat. I have never thought about using two yarn needles. Great tip! Great job!! 💜 Rochelle
Hi Taylor, If I were to do a hat in that way, I would just do a color change at the halfway point on the project and continue on in the same way. I have a tutorial about color change on the sentro back on my channel. 😊
I have question ❓ ❓ I'm missing loops almost like.4 on my yarn I been flogging it as well and started over many times I'm using red heart yarn number 4
Hi Lydia, sometimes the sentro doesn't agree with red heart super saver and other thicker 4 weight yarns. I tend to use a lot of lion brand yarns these days for my projects because they're more compatible (basic stitch, pound of love, mandala to name a few) or try using a 3 weight yarn and see if that helps the issue as well.
I have a knitting machine, but it doesn't have a row counter, can you tell me how long it is in inches? I'd really like to make my own hat, I have made them on knitting looms but want to make a reversible one (s) for myself and others as gifts, please respond....I have a measuring tape I'd need to use to keep track of the rows, that's why I'm asking, thanks...
This is so awesome!! Thank you for your videos! Beautiful work!
You are so welcome! I'm glad to have helped!
This video is going to be a great help to me since i not used my machine yet thanks. What was the liquid thing again
I'm really glad to help! The liquid is called Fray Check and you can find it at Joann, walmart, and Michaels. (amazon too if you need to order it)
Hi Infiniti! Thank you for this, I still need to get this machine though.🤗🥰
It'll be one of your favorite things when you do!
Thank you so much for these it was great 😓♥️

Ordering a Sentro soon and wondering which yarn to use. Thanks for the video.

Oh cool! I'm glad I could help!
You had 3 colors, did you do all about 110 rolls for all 3
Hi Dabney,
No, I just let my variegated yarn self stripe, I don't remember how many rows per color though. I only did 110 -125 rows total.
How do you do this hat with two yarns instead of variegated yarn?

Hi! The finished product is about 11 inches long so you'd want to make your fabric about 22 inches total. Good luck with your projects!
