Indian Railway is only suffering from poor management. Inefficient employees sitting on chairs. All are involved in unions. They are just like we are here only for salary. It needs drastically change in it. Rather operations management and every thing else. The employees are just living in communism era.. Like Air India hand over to Tatas. Govt should think Again how to make much better. Public friendly not just employee friendly

this is started first for a short time if that sector is seen profitable by goverment then they are auctioned for highest bid .......
every goverment did ,,,even CONGRESS gave many different projects to private firm,,,,including their own RELATIVEs to low bid making private firm into a GOLD MINE projects and by giving huge LOSSES to INDIAN GDP and INDIAN MONEY RESERVES

Freight trains are not kept in platform lines generally. Since one of the platform was already occupied, the freight was put on the mainline. At least one platform should be free for passenger trains.

are there any BMTC or KSRTC bus to go there and return to bangalore, or MEMU is the only option? will go there once for train spotting
You can see the Yelahanka Hindupur road parallel to the rail route in the video! That's one option as well!

You can easily reach Thondebhavi by KSRTC or APSTRC bused from Majestic. Some buses on request stop at Makalidurga station.

Snaking means to move along a route that includes a lot of twists or bends ( Changing tracks by the train in this case )
Bro main point here is why was the goods stationed on the main line ...? Any reason ..?
In this case, there are trains which have scheduled stops at Thondebhavi hence the platform lines are kept clear ( Platform lines are on the loop here ). Also the freight train has a crew ( Loco pilot change ) here
