A search of meaningful and fulfilling life - practical tips and exercises to make more out of your life!
➳ Welcome to my vlog - I couldn’t be happier to have you here! ❤
In this video I share with you some things what I learned during my internship as an occupational psychologist. The internship taught me so much of life and us human beings, and in this video I will tell about 7 biggest realizations I had during the 5 months.
I have dreamed about starting a vlog for over a year and now I finally decided to give it a try! This channel will be all about wellbeing and self-development. These topics are close to my heart since I am soon-to-be-psychologist, certified yoga instructor, trainer and a coach. As a psychologist-intern it seems to me like a lot of my customers (and even myself!) are struggling with similar kinds of problems. With this RUclips channel I wish to provide information and knowledge that has helped me or my customers before so that in case of similar struggles you could benefit from the practical tips as well! Additionally, I am always in a search of interesting topics which I naturally want to share with you all! If you have topic ideas, thougths or questions, please don’t hesitate to leave me a comment. I’d love to chat!
If you also find wellbeing and self-development interesting, please go ahead and subscribe to this channel for not to miss any videos! Thank you for visiting myfulness-channel!

Totally agree that everyone is just trying to be good and do the right thing. It's just all about point of view

I have given a lot of thought to that and I still don't have it all figured out but it really does seem like we all just try to do what we can and what we know the best. I'm pretty sure I will be coming back to this question over and over again during my career, from different points of views.. :)

Honestly, I really need to hear these things. So thank you for that. I no deep down that it's all about communication, and yet I still way to often do nothing and just curse my colleagues in my head! This was good to hear. I wanna be better. I need to. And yes, the first one was sort of thought provoking. But it does make a lot a sense.

Isn't it funny how sometimes you know something but you just have to hear it from outside? Happens to me a LOT. Let me know what happens when next time you stop cursing internally and tell your colleagues what's on your heart! :) And that first part, I'm pretty sure I will be going back to that over and over again, but that's my impression right now.. Thank you for leaving this comment behind!

    It is a good topic.
If someone is mentally off, does the judiciary recognize that the patients custodianship goes to a family member ? The patient should not leave the cty etc without informing the custodian. Pretty much like how a 14 year old can not travel without the consent of parents.

That is very difficult question since there are very different mental health problems and I am sure these laws are different in every country!

My hardest task is when people dont want to hear me out or listen - lack of communication. How you can encourage people to speak or listen ?

Minna, have you checked my non-violent communication video? With that communication style you communicate from universal feelings and needs and in theory at least it is easier for people to connect with you in that way. It has been invented to communicate with radicals - with success, so you might wanna try that! :)
