Some people in order to make themselves look good, they have to tear other people's rep down to make themselves look better. The bad part is that that kind of people can never make it to the base line on what is normal. They usually never exceed in anything. I dislike that kind of personality. All I know is Mr. Subaru gives good videos to watch with valuable advice. Not everything Mr. Subaru does I can use, however he does make you think, so you can get the best performance out of your vehicle.

@@matthewweaver1123 Mine did a half-assed reseal during a valve spring recall and literally ruined our experience with our Impreza. In the tech's defense, they shouldn't pay 60% on recall and warranty work. Those are manufacturer mess-ups, not something that should be detrimental to the technician and the customer.
@@matthewweaver1123 My dealer ruined my transmission and tried to cover it up. I had to take it to an independent mechanic to get pictures and a letter to get them to fix it.
@jacobhout7425 the part that blows me away is how people talk about how great they are to their customers, I just guess not this one and done customer.( which sucks because i wanted a subaru since I was a teenager, and they definitely ruined it for me)

Robert was my snap on dealer. He was the best one we ever had. My best friend made over 400k has a landscaper last year so I don’t see how that is a cut down on anyone 🤙
Having met MrSubaru at SEMA last year, I can say 100% that he is an incredibly nice guy and was incredibly generous with his time as I asked (probably dumb) questions about being a RUclipsr. Four years of being gracious is an incredibly long time and IMO proves your character. Thanks for doing what you do.

Never even heard of that loser, grease ball. But you helped me change my wheel bearings and source OEM part numbers among many other small things. 2018 Crosstrek owner here, just hit 100k miles and plan on keeping it for another 50-100k. Much respect to you, and you should definitely get a lawyer.

The lack of a customs declaration and the USPS label shows that this guy doesn't even know what he's trying to emulate. Japan Post/EMS labels are pretty distinctive, as are USPS labels. And they are quite different. The real ones also know that Japan's boxes are a much lighter brown than ours, which was the first thing I noticed before the lack of a customs declaration.

I own Koken tools and have bought a few as gifts. A couple that were recommended by Mr Subaru. I knew as soon as he said Tokyo he fucked himself.

As a former Subaru Master Tech and still tinkerer, I have never found any of your Subaru content to be anything but spot on. I love your tool reviews as they are useful and introduce me to tools that I didn't know now existed. It really doesn't matter if you were an IRS agent, a waiter, or plumber, if you know tools and Subarus then your content is useful, helpful, and according to your views per video and subscriber base, highly appreciated!

Thank you for sharing your story of your accomplishments and taking care of your mom, I admire you for those things. I've never heard of that troll you mentioned (there is no short supply of those), but I am shocked how just any random troll like that can come along and ride on the coat tails of your success the way he has done. When I first came across your RUclips channel, I had no idea how much you would be teaching me. You are awesome and most definitely know what you are doing. Well man, im very glad i found you, bought my very first Subaru (outback limited 2016) about a month ago. I had a lot of doubts on manteinance procedures specially cvt fluid and relearning, took it to one of the very few subaru dedicated specialists on my country and confirmed that he did everything the way you do it, that gave me peace and now im riding that beauty of a car. Thats why im very sorry u had to do this kind of video, dont let it get to u, you are great and easy to hear, ty.

LOL, I didn't know who he was until RUclips suggested the video of him taking about Koken tools. Clicked on it and saw him smack talking Koken and you. Had the video playing in the background and all I heard was him slamming the table every 30 sec. Checked out his other stuff and it was pretty lame along with the price of his tools that he sold.

I don't have any idea who Nick Morello is let alone do I care. What I do care about is how informative your videos have been throughout the years. I just came here to say thank you for everything and all that you do. Not only have you given me the confidence to work on my own Subaru's but everyone in my family has opted to Subaru thanks to the confidence you've given me to fix or repair my or my families cars. It's saved us thousands from the dealership and I've learned so much about how fun and practical it is to work on these cars. Don't let someone's negativity bring you down because at the end of the day, it's their problem, not yours. Please keep doing what you do because we all here greatly appreciate it. Thank you again!

I'm happy to say I've never seen or heard of this D-Bag before. All I know, is MrSubaru has been an invaluable source of Subaru knowledge and his videos have helped me work on the many Subaru's I've owned over the years.
Mr. Subaru has helped me and thousands of other satisfied Subaru owners keep their cars on the road and purring for many years. Nothing anyone can say about this man will change the integrity and knowledge he has always displayed in trying to help people.
I stumbled across his video the other day since it showed up in my feed (likely because I subscribe to you). I only watched about 5 minutes of it since it seemed weird. I've watched your videos for a while and you always seem informative, knowledgeable and helpful. It simply didn't match what he was saying. He sounded more like an obsessed, jealous vlogger who was projecting themselves onto you in a way to smear you. I don't know you personally, have never met you (or him), but from what I've seen, you're a stand up guy doing great work and helping people. If I lived in your area, I can tell you one thing. I'd buy a used car from you WAY before I bought one from him (I wouldn't buy anything from him, he seems, off).
Im a landscaper., A good one. One who owns alot of tools , including VIM tools to service my tractors. Im very familiar with JDTCo and have ordered from them in the past. Guess who I will not be buying from.
