KEYBOARDIST/MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST EXTRAORDINAIRE JORDAN RUDESS, MEMBER OF PLATINUM-SELLING, GRAMMY-NOMINATED BAND, DREAM THEATER, EMBARKS ON A THREE-CONTINENT SOLO PIANO TOUR
Voted “Best Keyboardist of All Time” (Music Radar Magazine), virtuoso musician/composer Jordan Rudess, will embark on a 3-continent solo piano tour FROM BACH TO ROCK featuring the music of Dream Theater reimagined for the piano. Rudess’ solo piano concerts have been selling out venues throughout the US and Europe for the past year. This tour will begin on November 12 with performances in Japan, Taibei and Singapore followed by 7 shows in Australia and New Zealand and 5 shows in Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Many of the venues are offering VIP packages which will provide fans with an intimate experience with Rudess at the piano.
Jordan Rudess explains the tour, “Many of my fans only know me as a progressive rock keyboardist but piano is where it all started for me. Sitting at the piano has always felt like the most natural way for me to express my musicality. This tour is bringing me to some of the biggest and most exciting markets for Dream Theater. I’m really excited to return to these countries and share this acoustic evening with some of the most supportive fans in the world.”
“Calling Jordan Rudess a legend is an understatement” -- Keyboard Magazine
Rudess’ solo concert will travel through his fascinating musical journey - how a young Juilliard piano prodigy destined for a classical music career evolved into a keyboard rock star phenomenon.
“Jordan Rudess has journeyed from the depths of tradition to the ever-expanding outer limits of musical possibility, inviting listeners along for the ride. The results are, unsurprisingly, consistently beyond world-class.” The Musical Melting Pot Видеоклипы
Wow! What a dream to hear you playing this. I love Bach. Soooo impressive 💕💕💕💕
Getting Bach to basics. Nice!

You truly are a keyboard wizard, Sir. Sounds amazing.
Beautiful ❤
Amazing, the wizard making some magic
Nice job Jordan!
Super!!!
Nice!
Superb....👌👌👌
Good stuff man
Extraordinário
We want more
Honestly, I like that you’re using some pedal in Bach. It’s never to help connect voices, and it never blurs harmonies. There are places where it makes a great musical effect, such as the arpeggios!
HIS USE OF THE PEDAL DOES QUITE THE OPPOSITE. BLUR THE LINES AND IS QUITE HORRIBLE REALLY
A good life, a good dose of bach
Nice dude
Buena pelao mago 🧙♂️👍🏻🎵
Eres mu grande tío!
Ohh finally ive been searching for this. I wonder if you can play classicals too, then This! The answer to my questions Haha
Beautiful!! Maestro, please perform Chopin etude op10 n.1
I hope someday i can play like he does
I wanna see you plow through Hands Reunited by Alkan :D
Hey Jordan, Bach would be proud and loving it , now about a 3 Part invention ? Actually 2 part invention in F is my favorite 🤩 easy for you Maestro I’m sure
eiiiiiiiiiii.-...... tremendo nene
Do a Steinway to Heaven 2!
More Beethoven. Would be amazing to hear Moonlight Sonata, specially the 2nd movement.
Here's a challenge for my favorite keyboardist/pianist of all time: Turkish March by Arcadi Volodos :)
So I checked that out and it didn't seem like that much more of a challenge than any of the crazy instrumental DT bits, so...
Uol
Amazing! But no Harpsichord? ;D
This soft Steinway is the best. buy me one. I guess is a steinway, and is soft, and you can help me
Ho bestemmiato per l'arpeggio finale, povero Bach, per il resto, grande Rudess
when i will play like your finger🤔🤔🤔
It's nice and all, but I love me some minor music.
I'd also like to see you do some covers of Rachmaninoff's minor tunes. 😍
gang shit
for those who say he can't play classical
Anyone who says that doesn't really know who Jordan Rudess is. He started classes at Juilliard when he was NINE YEARS OLD in the mid-1960s. Pretty sure they weren't teaching him to play Sgt. Pepper's, King Crimson, or Pet Sounds. ;)
If you compare him to real classical pianists I confirm he cannot play classical
He was in Juilliard’s pre-college program since he was 9, and then he got into their college program and studied with the legendary Adele Marcus for a bit, before deciding to fully go the rock/metal keyboard route. It’s not like he forgot how to play classical piano.
Tbh his interpretations are Not Good as Professional Pianist, but yea, he has Places as World Keyboardist
@@andreacantieri3364 yea, cuz he's focusing on keyboard not piano.
Almost as difficult as Dance of Eternity
This is cool and all but can you play chopsticks?
it looks like he has 4 hands. it sounds like he has 4 hands.
No, thats wrong interpretation
THERE IS NOTHING LEFT FROM HIS JUILLIARD TIME...SORRY
Get that pedal off man
