We regularly watch your daily news program because your signing is so very clear and expressive. But WE MISS YOUR CLOSED CAPTIONS and hope you will please add them again since our signing ability is quite limited; and we found your CC's really helped us understand and learn new signs applicable to what''s going on in the world today. We hope to develop a shared signed language that bridges the various communication gaps in our community.
I appreciate the CC being off because it challenges me to use my eyes to understand instead of relying on the words at the bottom of the screen. Thankfully he is very expressive and signs in a way that is understandable. What may help you is once you find out the topic, you could Google the topic and then follow along that way…🙏🏾

Yeah, actually hard to catch finger spelling the words that Alex was signing. He was signing pretty fast though. It is up to DailyMoth decision. I know some deaf and hard of hearing cannot read fast enough on fingerspelling as well. Shrug 🤷.
Thank you for delivering news in ASL today! Here are my thoughts on some of the news that were shared. As for the Titan submersible suit, this shows how the CEO had so much pride as well as lack of judgment that he in his own inflated ego thought the ship was safe enough for the expedition. Furthermore, there was a man with his son in the submersible, the son did not want to go on the trip. This is a horrendous tragedy in which it serves a lesson for those who disregard the safety of their products and those who use or plan to use them. As for the two astronauts stuck on the ISS, they should have not gone in the first place. The Earth is the one and only habitation for mankind. As for the Tropical Storm Debby making a second landfall, even though it has been downgraded from a hurricane into a tropical storm, it is still deadly as it continues to bring heavy rain. For those who are in its path, please be wise and do what it takes to stay safe. As for nine family members killed in a car crash, again, it shows how foolish people can be in not wearing seat belts. The driver is responsible to wear a seat belt and make sure ALL occupants wear a seat belt as well. As for the Taylor Swift concerts canceled due to terrorist threats, the suspects did not have the love of God in their hearts. We are called to be kind to our fellow human beings and do no violence to them.
