- Charley-Fest 2020!! Big Metal Detecting Hunt at a MASSIVE Old Farm Built in 1733. Paul & Charley invited us (Bob, Brad, Kurt, Nina, Colleen, Mark, Ron, and Steve) to Hunt with them and Potter County Diggers, the Copper Poppers, and many more. There was a large organized hunt in town for the weekend. Paul and Charley put together this hunt after the other hunt. We saw some amazing coins and relics saved from the ground. A few stunning colonial Silver coins and The First coin stuck under the authority of the United States of America! It was a fun filled day full of laughs.

Stay strong my daughter in law and my grandson both have been diagnosed with it and they kicked it in four days. I had it last December and it liked to have kicked my butt. It was very bad. Hang in there and I will say a prayer for you for sure.

Brad, do not estimate the power of A dad's side vision! No way he would miss your trying to be funny showing the finds. There is only one more powerful side vision person than a dad's- that would be a MOM'S! Actually, dad's having side vision is somewhat rare. Mom's got, literally, eyes in the back of her head! Many a times my kid's said: "How'd you know that?" "I'm a mom, it's my job to know what is going on!" Good to see Bobby Button's again! Been quite awhile since the Hoover Boy's have done a dig all together!

Newbie alert, here! Just found you guys and subscribed after the 1st video. I’ve now watched 3 and gotta say I love your humor and get to laughing with you. Like the Foo Foo whip, too, lol. Can’t wait to save enough for a new metal detector. Wanting an AT Pro but starting to like the Fisher that you use, as well. Wish we had the kinda sites and soil here in Northeast Texas like you guys have. I live on top of an iron ore rock & gravel bonanza. I have solid iron ore blocks bigger than pickup trucks just under ground and can only dream of cutting a plug and flipping it out with a shovel like you guys. I don’t ask permission to hunt peoples land because I’m afraid that in order to get permission they would require me to take all the unwanted iron ore with me. Lol.

Sucks youtube and Google killed off 1080hd. They blocked it due to covid and bandwidth. Full hd is the best way to watch your videos.
I thought that a nickel from the year 1945 was not made of silver, but I stand to be corrected, I did some research and nickels from 1942 through 1945, nickels were made up of 35% silver. Great video man.

@Teorror87 288 silver coins FTY since I started the Equinox 800 in March. Had 100 the year before with my etrac. Plus my hunting buddy, a 40 year veteran of detecting, was a Garrett guy for years until he saw what my etrac did - he could never get the depth or silver count. He bought a Nox a few weeks after me and has 267 silver coins this year. Hands down the best machine I ever had and it has software updates to boot. Garrett's carrot pinpointer is the only company product I use and recommend.
Haven't you noticed Kurt's buddy, Muck, has one and always out hunts him? Proof in the pudding.
no contract, just swing what I feel like any given day. Equinox is a respectable machine. I'm still learning it. I hate the balance and grip. it's light, but it's not comfortable. I may tweak the grip. Looking forward to playing with it more.
@@threefortytwo23 Thanks for the honest response, Brad. I've had to make adjustments to the weight compared to my etrac which was 2 pounds heavier and balanced. The positive is that I can swing it all day and get more shiny :). And someday, through the grace of God, I may put my coil over a gold coin like the one you let me hold at Pound the Ground last year. Peace.
