You inspired me!!! After last episode I headed out to an old tried and true spot that has been hit probably as many times as your Indian head burial ground and found 3 silvers. 1 coin, a thimble, and a complete sterling spoon. Nothing to compare to what you two have found but for me haven't had a 3 silver anything day in like forever! Have to say you and Muck knocked it out of the park with that dig. I am sure you will be returning there many more times. A HUGE congrats to both of ya digging so many solvers and saving so much history. I can only dream of finding an old store or out here in the West, more likely be a trading post. Still searching for that to happen. Hard to top this spot but always fun trying.
I go out all the time, but find it hard as heck to find people who want to go. You are lucky you have friends who are willing to go fishing or hunting and are interested enough in the hobby to do the work to find sites etc. Have a great day Kurt. Peace.
I think I've mentioned it before but so far I've been unable to find someone that's into detecting that isn't one-way! You've got some great friends to enjoy this hobby with! I have to admit I'm envious! LFOD!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
FANTASTIC HUNT Kurt and Muck!! You guys really cleaned up on the SILVER, as well as the INDIAN HEADS, and the NICKELS!! CONGRATS on another PHENOMENAL HUNT!! It was also great to see Bobby Buttons, even if he was just FISHING!! WTG!! NamVetLesTreasureSeeker.
Any day detecting is a good day, but that day was exceptional. Look forward to more videos from that site. Fill the board some more! Stay safe and keep digging.
Just so you know Kurt. I am a seamstress and three hollow silver circle you found is from 1800s embroidery scissors. You can see a full pair if search for them online😁👍
Saturday I had my best metal detecting day so far. Dug 2 bucket listers, with one being my first 1800s silver. 1902 O Barber dime and an 1854 O seated Liberty dime. I felt like I was in one of your episodes lol
Great bunch of coins and relics. That Trime is beautiful. Thanks for sharing part 2. Looking forward to seeing you hit that area again. Good luck, happy hunting and take care.
You guy's make me crazy with all the goodies you find! I'm praying this 250 year old field turns up some goodies! To the best of my knowledge it's never been hunted!
That board looked like what you would see at a coin show. Might be the best board you've ever produced in one dig. Just amazing. Thanks Muck and well done by you both.
Great hunt! Managed to get an hour on freshly plowed field myself today, got a Peter the Great 1 Kopeck hammered silver "wire-money"... Happy with that! Whooping 0.27g of silver!
I just got into metal detecting a year ago. I love history and I am blessed to be in an area that has so much. Congratulations on all your wonderful finds and God Bless.
I need your help. I watched an episode of of yours, you found a white saw tooth arrow point that was fabulous, with others, and coins , and one of you found a massive beautiful gold ring. I forgot the episode #. I am dying to watch agin. Especially while I'm in hospital for a week. I love your group, and the way you present the show to the public. I'm now handicapped, to a point I may never get to go out M/Ting agin. I have a new AT GOLD,, I love it, my best find is a silver "Semmons" thimble, and I a small spill i found 3 silver quarters 2silver dimes, a mod, nickle and 3 memorials. All woa under a smooth river rock about three inches seep. Agin I love watching you guys Blessings from NC. THANKS
It's nice when you can get on a spot like that. Congrats on all the Coins and Relics. All the Silver so cool. Good to see you weren't in a time out for to long. The Trime was in excellent shape. Take Care
My biggest payday for my metal detector was when I was searching an old apartment complex. All along the sidewalks and parking lots I kept finding brass, pop up sprinklers. The manager told me there weren't functional anymore and if I wanted them to take them. The lawn maintenance people would hit them with lawn mowers and complain. So, I dug up (actually just unscrewed them) about 90 undamaged Rain Bird, brass pop up sprinkler heads. They typically sell for about $7 each and I sold them on Ebay to a local buyer for $200. Then I sold the damaged ones (about 15 pounds of cast brass) at the metal salvage for about $45 dollars. When you include the clad coins and cheap jewelry it wasn't bad for a half days work.
My Wed morning fix Hoover Boys! I could have choked you for cutting last weeks hunt and breaking it into two videos. Thank goodness we made it to Wed. so we can watch the rest. I'm sure this video has super surprises and amazing finds as well. Y'all need to find some 44's. I miss the cut into "Woooo 44 baby that's me!"😂😂😂
Can't beat friends like Muck! Awesome day, congratulations. And to think I was so happy finally finding a Indian Head at the post office/blacksmith shop I have been slowly working through for a week. Thanks for the inspiration.
