Often in Canada things like this are built through government dollars which are matched by local donors. We often will have say $7,000,000 from the government, and then local businesses and donors will raise additional money. It's a great way to get things built that are better than just what the government would provide. 🌹💐♥️

English words have many different meanings, there are countless non-obvious constructions, and most of the time I am not sure that my choice of words and phrases is the best. Plus, there are cultural, behavioral, and historical components... We don't even have such a thing as a community center.🙃 We have libraries, gyms, stadiums... but we don’t have a community center, which sounds much nicer. How are you doing Know-that?

You underdressed a bit - it is always better than to overdress. The zipper on my coat went wrong and I had to take it to the repair shop today. The exchange of the zipper will take two weeks hence I can use my coat only the next winter. Nevertheless it is still too cold to be without a coat outside so I'll have to wear my warmer winter coat which will be definitely too hot. Yesterday I gave too much treat to Zoé, our dog, so I today she got nothing from me - just her regular meal in the morning what she did not eat hence she got too much yesterday. I know. You stated it many times. The zipper here won't be that expensive. I could not buy a coat on the price I will have the zipper sewn into my coat. But the US is the same. Once I visited someone and my zipper went wrong on my jeans. He kindly offered to get my zipper sewn it. It cost 10$ to him. I could have bought a jeans for 10$.
