      Yes even the Koshari is inspired by the Indian Khichadi. Its a mix of rice, pulses and other spices. Its is the spice route from India which has bind the Gastronomical world in one string

      Baharat is just a spin on the name of the region beyond Indus , today we know as Bharat, "India, that is Bharat"

    We have okra here in the Philippines, same as that green leaf' we called it saluyot!!!!!! They are both super foods and very slimy🤩😊

    Beans didn't exist during the time of the pharaohs the aztecs where the first to cultivate them and the Spaniards brought it to Europe as livestock feed but the poor found a way to eat it

      Kidney beans and a few other varieties. Fava are native to the Middle East.
