Thank you - I'm not a beginner, but I liked the variations in this! Question: my back often feels better if I bring my knees/legs closer to my chest (e.g., rather than directly over the knees in table top) and don't take them as far down to the floor. I also feel better abs engagement this way. Do you think it's okay to vary the movements in this manner?
Yes it is OK it means you are weak in your deeper core muscles and need to slowly progress with the table top correct form and a possibility that you are not in neutral position on your lumbar spine
@@AnniePilatesPhysicalTherapist Thank you for this response. I actually have to keep my legs higher to prevent my lower back from moving out of neutral. I have a large behind, so when I lower my legs all the way, the excess flesh of my behind causes my back to overly arch. I wish more teachers knew how to address this!

Thank you for posting these videos targeting lower abs and supporting natural healing for DR. I have greatly enjoyed them!
Doesn't just help my lower core, it seems to help my hips as well. I will keep it up. Thank you!!
I did these moves on the foam roller; worked well!
Those leg circles come in so clutch. I do them all the time. Flexibility is on point like always.
thanks Coach Kev!

I love the video. I also use coffee enemas for pain relief.
