Here is my walkthrough of the Tesla software update 2024.14.3. Its a big one that introduces a new UI (V12) with improved visuals. My favourite feature is the activation of the adaptive high beams. There is no high fidelity park assist yet for USS vehicles but hopefully next update. Let me know if you have anything to add that I might have forgotten to mention.

Looking forward to getting this update especially for the improved wiper function which will save me having to look at the screen and try and select the right speed when auto wipe fails to clear the screen. Another very informative video - thanks.
Hi Andy. I’ve been using the wiper controls a lot as we have a had a very wet week here. They take a bit of getting used to but it’s definitely easier to adjust the manual speed without glancing at the screen. Auto setting works well for me during the day but horrible at night.
Some of the best videos for the AU region. Thanks for doing these. Getting my M3 LR next month so learning a lot!!

Good job mate. Got this update on Tuesday. It's good to see visualisations looking a bit closer to fsd. I cannot wait for fsd. I am ready to buy it as soon as it drops. For those of us with advanced autopilot I wish tesla would give us an AAP update more inline with fsd V11 on highways. Currently use AAP on my highway drive to work and honestly it's great but sometimes sketchy on changing lanes where it aborts the lane change sometimes and there are stretches on the highway where it won't change lanes, seemingly for no good reason.
Thanks. I agree with your comments on AP. It has had very little improvement lately. Auto lane change has been pretty bad. It’s scary when it aborts. I know I’ve said it before but auto lane change with the old AP and radar worked perfectly. The car can do much better.
Identical to my 2022 MYLR over here in the UK. Very pretty but not much substantial advantage IMHO. I wonder if you will proper fsd over there before it arrives here?
I’d say UK will get it before us. We are a very small market with some strict design rules.
Do you have to have FSD to receive this update?
No. Just AMD Ryzen processor.

The Model S, X and C- Truck are not at all like this! This video is only for the lower end Model 3 & Y.

One thing that’s now missing is the “N” button for shifting to neutral on the stalkless cars.
Thanks Jason. I didn’t see that one. I did read something about the on screen gear selection being optimised but I couldn’t find the article again.
@@notinthemanualthey made the onscreen selector smaller and I do like that. But they removed the N option. So now you have to use the buttons above the rear view mirror.
I know it’s not something that most use often. But my driveway requires me to use it daily.
@@exaturbo Maybe the S3XY buttons would be of use in your situation.

My feeling is they will try and just undercut the model Y like in Europe.
