I do not pretend to understand what is going on, but neither should you or Neil Tyson. He is a astronomer, not a quantum physicist. Any quantum physicist will tell you we can't pinpoint why this happens to the particles since we change all sorts of variables and the results are always the same. I believe that there is a hidden variable but that's a hypothesis that Bell's Theorem seems to contradict. But it may be that Bell's theorem didn't properly account for all of the axioms required to completely figure out the issue. That is not how the double slit experiment works. It is a widely misunderstood experiment. Let’s say you and I are in the same room. Here is what’s going on. We are illuminated by lights in the room. The light is coming off the bulb, reflecting off of you and entering my retina going to my brain. Let’s say you were smaller. Let’s keep making you and smaller and smaller and smaller… there is a size below witch when I turn on the lights, you will absorb that light and jump into a different state of existence. But if you were an electron, I turn on the lights and the photon hits the electron, the electron jumps into a different state. Here is the catch: I cannot know the electron is doing until I illuminate it. But if I illuminate it, it’s doing something different from what it was before I illuminated it. It has nothing to do with consciousness or with the fact whether I am looking art it or not. It has to do with interacting with the object in order to make a measurement. You didn’t „solve“ it brother. You don’t understand it in the first place. Also there is nothing to solve. We understand the effect very well.

I have always thought that the particles have intelligence. They obey God’s commands or those who have the faith and authority to act in His name. The particles honor God’s command by doing what he asks them to do just as soldiers honor their commander’s orders. The soldiers honor their leaders and do as they are told. So I was looking into this exact same thing. What if a photons are ever present through all multiverses and acts as the medium through which other particles travel and are revealed. It is like the papers in a notebook, thin layers of photons connect all dimensions, at all times because they're ever present. I started this thought in June of this year. The universe and light has a can-do attitude.

Interesting. However, I am suspicious of people who are sure they know it all, be they religious, spiritual, or scientists.
That is not how the double slit experiment works. It is a widely misunderstood experiment. Let’s say you and I are in the same room. Here is what’s going on. We are illuminated by lights in the room. The light is coming off the bulb, reflecting off of you and entering my retina going to my brain.
Let’s say you were smaller. Let’s keep making you and smaller and smaller and smaller… there is a size below witch when I turn on the lights, you will absorb that light and jump into a different state of existence.
But if you were an electron, I turn on the lights and the photon hits the electron, the electron jumps into a different state. Here is the catch: I cannot know the electron is doing until I illuminate it. But if I illuminate it, it’s doing something different from what it was before I illuminated it. It has nothing to do with consciousness or with the fact whether I am looking art it or not. It has to do with interacting with the object in order to make a measurement.

Apparently even Neil's explanation doesn't actually affect your view. He said when we light the photon(electron) it is affected by the light and changes it's form becomes Wave or a particle, so God's face is light and changes our form. Or in your case God is observing and when he turned his face, it turns the individual from righteous to sinner,or vice versa. So the difference I see is you say Observer he says light, either ways describes God.

God blesses everything in His creation simply by being Himself, but the question deals with times when He direct His attention to particular things and places, so 'look', 'see' and 'be aware' must be taken literally here.

I have always thought that the particles have intelligence. They obey God’s commands or those who have the faith and authority to act in His name. I tried reading into the different religions and when I tried Christianity, my life was never the same again. My foot healed in less than a minute of me asking. I suffered the affliction for months yet it took less than a minute to be healed. My mind was absolutely blown. Praise God. The bible says seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened onto you. You must seek with a willing heart without pride. Pride is your way of saying I'm God and I can tell God the creator what to do. Humility is asking. Just like a child should ask in humility for things and not boss their parents around, we should not attempt to boss God around. Also, just reminding you that this is a useful allegory. God is not simply the code developer. He says I am that I am. He literally is the source. He has always been around. There are two views are plausible. Either you have 1 infinite creator who creates other things or you have no start point to where the initial creator is since it is assumed to be finite thus there are infinite creators. It could be assumed that the creator doesn't need to be conscious or even a being yet I know that Jesus is real because of the many miracles I have seen him do in my life like healing my foot from an ailment which I had for months in less than a minute or my family and I seeing demons all at the same time. They flee at Jesus' name. God is the source. When he died on the cross, he didn't access an avatar and pretend to suffer, he did suffer. God is the creator who in body is actually the avatar. We aren't artificial intelligence in the way most define it, we are in essence intelligence. God gave man the breathe of life and man became a living soul. When we die the breathe of life goes back to God till the resurrection. God didn't just create us as a mimic of intelligence, we are apart of his essence. All of creation is apart of God's essence but we are much more intimately than the rocks and trees are. God is the energy source. He does as he pleases with himself for he is literally life. He creates at his will and yet in his merciful nature, chooses to spare us when he could easily delete us and start over. He is defined as the infinite existing, infinite expansive source which makes sense philosophically but we just can't wrap our tiny minds around the vastness of it all since there is no end to him. He is everything's start. The alpha and the omega. The beginning and the end. The first and the last. The everlasting one. This video is extremely helpful for those who don't understand what the scripture is saying and its insightful. I just want to make sure you don't confuse an example with the real deal. The evidence of God is what he can do for you. Either you choose to remain in the dark on the shore of the physical or you try to put your feet into the waters of the spiritual. You have to seek God. So I was looking into this exact same thing. What if a photons are ever present through all multiverses and acts as the medium through which other particles travel and are revealed. It is like the papers in a notebook, thin layers of photons connect all dimensions, at all times because they're ever present. But you can only see the page of the notebook you're looking at, but, they're still connected to other dimensions at the seams. I have more pages of my hypothesis written down. I started this thought in June of this year. The universe and light has a can-do attitude.
That would be why light appears to time travel to make certain slit experiments work. It is not time traveling, it is shifting from another dimension to appear where it needs to be seen without obstruction. Since a photon cannot be viewed, then theoretically we don't know if they truly have a shelf life. They can almost be frozen in time (slowed down) when in a vacuum. I am no scientist, by any means. I just started researching because I felt judged by my new found faith in the Lord. Still more I have noted. I'd be interested to hear your take or theories on this.
I think there is simply physical and spirit realms or dimensions to one reality. A multiverse, by modern perspectives, is a distraction from simplicity, like most things attempting to circumvent the Bible out of truth.

if you try to "observe" you actually put energy into the system by affecting the particle with energy. There is nothing special going on. The instruments will affect it.
I think the dual slit experiment is poorly modeled. It does not calculate the trajectories of the particles hitting the insides of the slits. Also particles dont always go perfectly straight, they will fan out. They also absurdly claim to have infinitely thin slits. There's lots of things wrong with the experiment they don't address and fail to model properly in comparison to classical physics.
God wants us to find out the truth not blindly believe. Always question.
