Bonds holder can convert to shares at 9.60s if it hits 14.80s, provided the share price held above this for 3 months and longer, before SoFi exercise cap call option (so recent tanking might be a good thing as it break the 3 month period and bond holders need to hold the bond longer). 2) Noto leverage to G.Sach his 2 million shares at potential price 30.45 for around 16.0 (he loan 32mil cash), meaning Noto will only make his first sale of shares at 30.45 to GS if they want the loan repaid in shares. And set a 13.0 for buyback his own shares. 3) Loan dept executive of SoFi recently bought 1+mil shares at 16+. 4) TGL Stadium launching this week
Either all of these RUclipsrs are begging us not to sell SOFI and tank their favorite stock, OR these videos are true and there really is a big rally coming our way… If nothing happens next week, then I’m convinced it’s the former
Can't speculate this way. I don't expect anything can happen this week, it may though. SoFi is a long bull. Nothing going to be above 17.0 before earning Q4. Anything higher is a bonus
