They're filled with Italian meringue buttercream and stacked up into the shape of a ladybug! This cake is a REAL lady, so we can't forget her handbag or manicure. Yo missed an opportunity to not be random in this one. Ladybird's spots are symmetrical, so they are a mirror image on each wing, sometimes they even have one spot at the top which spans both.
Obviously this is not your average ladybird (or ladybug) and this fact is reflected in her spots which do not give away her age :D
Reminds me of the lady bug from Big Mouth and the fact that you started out singing Coach Steve's favorite song makes it even better.
But a ladybug's spots reflect each other from the middle...
