It was very run down when I was there. I think it was really affected by covid and no one being allowed to travel to Guam. I believe it is operational now I am just not sure of the condition of the facility now.

I just recently found out about Guam’s paranormal activities and I read tons of posts on Reddit stating that many parts of the island (if not the whole place) is haunted. I read many mentions about LeoPalace being one of those locations as well, and Nikko Hotel as well. I had no idea of how long and dense is the story of that island. Have you ever felt anything weird when you were there?

Nothing that I can remember. In the tower I was staying at. But some of the other towers seem like they had been unused for quite some time.
