This place has a very weird vibe to it, it looks abandoned
It was very run down when I was there. I think it was really affected by covid and no one being allowed to travel to Guam. I believe it is operational now I am just not sure of the condition of the facility now.

I just recently found out about Guam’s paranormal activities and I read tons of posts on Reddit stating that many parts of the island (if not the whole place) is haunted. I read many mentions about LeoPalace being one of those locations as well, and Nikko Hotel as well. I had no idea of how long and dense is the story of that island. Have you ever felt anything weird when you were there?
Nothing that I can remember. In the tower I was staying at. But some of the other towers seem like they had been unused for quite some time.

Hell nah naoyuki died in there According to this theory- Kanno had attempted to peep on a teacher while she was using the toilet and got stuck in the tank. The orientation of his body and the scratches on his elbows and knees support this theory. However, Kanno's parents reject these claims and believe that he would not have done such a thing.
