A lot of people react to this song but it's always the version edited for the radio (the 9 minute version) that's why it fades out. The original song was 18 minutes long. If you really don't want it to end listen to the 18 minute version.

There are 2 bands that are the rulers of 70s rock. Skynyrd is one. The other is the undisputed king,Led Zeppelin. Some might throw the Eagles in,but nah.
Point is that it is a decade of so many legendary bands and songs. You will never run out of content.
