Funny story about the "non" serviceable solenoid. My Ego S sat for about 7 years, and the noid stopped working on its own.. gun only had about 10 cases through it. I took the noid out and smacked on the table a few times out of anger... and it started working again! Those noids can freeze up apparently so if yours stops working, try beating it a bit before buying a new one.
The CS1, 1.5, and Geo 4 are literally the EXACT same gun internally. Planet eclipse just doesn’t know how to improve the Cs1 yet so they’ll change the most superficial things like the grip or milling and then call it an entirely different name then sell it for $400 more, and then all these idiots and suckers buy it. With that being said, the geo 4 I bought comes in the mail tomorrow.
@Mike Hunt the CS1 is a Geo. It was the last marker with the IV core before the gamma was introduced. The Geo IV has more in common with the CS1 than the 3.5. They only changed the angle of the trigger frame and milling.
8:34 look how fat the 3.5 grip frame is compared to the 4. It feels like trying to palm a pack of playing cards. God knows I love eclipse but I don't know how someone with normal sized hands is supposed to deal with that, I like that they slimmed it down
FYI, the Geo 4 rear grip specs (all dimensions, including grip angle) are identical to the CS2's. So, if you've held a CS2, you've held a Geo 4 in terms of the rear grip frame feel. The Geo 4 foregrip is obviously CS1-spec.

they are making the ASA so small now that alot tanks will not engage its BS & there is a national standard they are not following then they blame the tank company it's garbage & 2 mm deeper ASA should not change the marker barelly at all
So it is essentially a reskinned cs1 like we all thought. It features little to no innovation, but rather a compilation of existing technologies. What a let down, however PE can do no wrong, I’m sure the herds of sheep have their stim checks already accounted for. At least it’s priced appropriately ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
It was never marketed as new tech or a step forward in innovation. It is basically a re-release of the CS1 addressing some of the issues it had, making it the marker they hoped it would be on initial release. PE isn't trying to trick anyone or lead the "sheep" as you say. It's up to any consumer to properly inform themselves before making a purchase. The only reason it's even a thing is because the community asked for it. A lot, repeatedly. There's tons of players who prefer the shot of the IV core over the gamma pro. So they gave those people an updated offering. No different that the re-release of the LV platform, to give those who never owned one the opportunity to.
I honestly dont think PE PE needed to release another marker, let alone another GEO. Nothing against them, but when you look at their lineup, they have more then enough markers, dare I say, they may need to take a break for a bit

My tech told me on my 3.1 the noid will get caked up with oil , grease , paint he cleaned it off and she was shooting , saved me $160

I gotta admit, I still think I'd rather keep my CS2 BUT I think I'll get an LV 1.6 to rock with my CS2.

Yes. They're the exact same system so all parts are cross-compatible.
