I have to say the coolest part about these musical workouts is seeing just how much fun and how happy you are while doing them. They do say you've got to enjoy a workout when you do them and these are the very definition of that.

added this to my short workouts and as a beginner its actually doable i usually do aerobics and some oblique excercises so i needed some cardio and this channel has been a blessing its fun cardio and i can actually keep up !! doing these after a longer workout or pilates tho is absolute hell >:( but im so glad i found this video its genuinely the most fun ive had working out

I think I figured out one (not the only one) reason I enjoy your channel is you seem like your in the shape I was in a few years back. I'm still "in shape" because I dance but I am no where near the conditioning/stamina I was a couple years back!! Seeing you easily go through all these workouts motivates me! And you make it fun and easy to follow along. I like that I don't have to wait and hear you talk for a long time or go over what you'll be doing. (although, I think explanations and talking about proper form is important for beginners) but for me and I'm sure many others your videos are perfect!!!

The endorphin/runners high I get at the part where you run like crazy with the straight arms is honestly unreal. I get chills every time and I just wanted to say these short song workouts are changing the game. I really toned up over the summer and I know it had a lot to do with your videos. I’m a lazy b and sometimes long workouts seem daunting or leave me discouraged but I can always convince myself to get up for a few songs and this one is my fave! I have my favorites queued up on a playlist and I love doing them back to back to back 💗
