I had listened to this episode a few times. When Cath said "I dont think I am beautifully looking, but I have confidence in what I have to say". I truly relate to that.

Watching you all be such dedicated sisters is so therapeutic to my heart ❤ I know that takes so much effort to create such great relationships, but it is truly healing to watch the joy you have in that.
On the part where Christina was talking about “Finish strong” reminded me of a substitute teacher I saw all my high school life.
He would always introduce himself, draw a heart on the board and write inside the heart “Finish Strong” and he would explain thats his motto and exactly what Christina said.
It’s a moment I never erase from my memory. Thanks for the reminder gals!
i was a big girl in high school. i was very shy. and didn’t have my first relationship till i was nearly 20. and always thought nobody likes me. however later found since i was so quiet. i was “intimidating” and someone did really like me. and when flirting happened i didn’t see it.

33:15 to add to Amy’s point here, even if the criticism isn’t addressed towards you it can still wear you down. Maybe not as much but if the attitude of the group is looking for negative, it’s not gonna help you in your own confident building. Imo
