About 2 weeks ago I was approached by my new CO and asked if I wanted to go to ranger school in January... like 2 weeks from now. They are the exception. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't have the opportunity. You know there are plenty of infantrymen who can't pass Ranger school.
We all need to remember how important the “team” is, and how bigger and better things can be accomplished when we put aside our differences and just focus on the mission.
The women in the US Military - including the infantry schools - get special treatment/affirmative action and pass ONLY on lowered double standards. Here is a documentation of what happened in the US Army Ranger School for example: One of the more recent examples is the Ranger School outrage that was documented by Captain Hasson in his book "Stand Down" where the Obama administration neutered the standards for women -and even though they were in "special platoons" and parallel tracks of lowered standards, only 3 of the 19 women passed - and meanwhile literally dozens of men with SUPERIOR performances that did NOT get graded with lowered standards WERE FAILED.
I was an AC/RC instructor midway through my military career. I trained and mentored 1000s of Soldier's all over the western region. Without giving 1000 reasons why, women do NOT belong in combat units especially 11 and 18 series. Lowering the standards only weakens a unit's combat readiness and capabilities. If you want an example, ask me herein because I can list dozens of examples as to why women in combat positions are a horrible idea.
Hi Kat!! I'd like to share a little of my story I'm a young woman (22, pv2) and I decided to try my hand at rasp this year to get into the battalion. I lasted a month and was a pt drop for the run but in that short time I spent there I met 2 females who passed rasp and work in the battalion. One officer and an nco who did my UA. Those women were incredible and just had this glow and aura that I can't put into words. You were in awe of them when you met them and Kat you have that same spark. Thanks for being an inspiration and a positive example for us females in the army to not limit ourselves in what we can accomplish.

How is ranger school for woman? I am currently doing a small personal research of ranger school in the perspective of woman, I am very interested, and I must say even more in the experience of women than in men, it is well know that it is a man dominated world, so us females must support each other, and one of those things is listening and hearing woman.
Hi, I’m a woman in her 20s and I’m training to become a U.S. Navy SEAL. I’m a civilian and I want to go enlisted. What advice would you give for women that want to be SEALs? I was an AC/RC instructor for 3 yrs. at JBLM, WA and trained and mentored 1000s of Soldiers and officers. Let me say that if there is anyone that has vast experience seeing women train in combat units, it is me. Bottom line, lowering the standards does not make units stronger, it makes them weaker. No matter what, opinion does not delete the facts. Injecting 1000 females into combat units lowers overall combat effectiveness a 1000-fold. I have seen it so many times it's not even funny. @@Anonymous18817 what advice? Don't join. The standards are lowered to accommodate weaker people. Just because you might be able to make the team, doesn't mean that you should. Even if you get in the top 99.999% of women, you are still going to be much weaker, slower, won't shoot as good, won't carry as good as the weakest males. You will get people killed. That is my advice.
My opinion, whether for or against Women becoming 11A/ 11B( Army Infantry, Officer and Enlisted Man) or 0311/ 0302( Marine Corps Infantry, Officer or Enlisted Man) , is rather irrelevant. The same goes for Women Marines, Female Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen , Guardians, and even rare, Coasties, who desire to enroll into, attend, and successfully complete Ranger School. Just meet and exceed the standard set, and do not bring dishonor to The Crossed Rifles Community and the Black and Gold RANGER Short Tab. Point Blank and.
Interesting my cousin went to the same rotc program and eventually went on to be an officer in the marines. Probably the same time as her. Rest In Peace Captain Gina Mogged . Love you cuzzo .
What I don't get is, why is this such a popular career path for officers? You realize, that at best, you only have 5 years to be operational. After that, you're doomed to a desk and office, with meetings and memos ruling your life. I believe that Kat is doomed already. A Brigade S-3 Captain, next a company command, which she is owed, then when she makes her majority, an S-3 staff officer' for the rest of her career. She's the round peg for the round hole. I've seen it happen too many times. I was an S-4 NCO, Infantry, at the end of my days, but if you are intelligent, into the round hole you go, no matter how much of a high speed, hard charger you are. I saw a 52 year old staff NCO get his EIB. The oldest soul in the battalion, and a source of major pride. Request for a platoon sergeant position? Denied. It's a hard long zuggerat you have to go through. Gritty Soldier, where do you see yourself, in 10 years?
Yeah it’s tough for officers to have any “fun” pretty much as soon as they pin CPT…. I took a different path and didn’t actually commission until I had 10 years in as a SFC, so I’ve been fortunate enough to be around troops pretty much my entire career so far. As of now, the next few years will be dedicated to Det CO time so Ill still get a few more years in a small unit leadership role. After that, guess we’ll have to see. 🤷♂️
@@GrittySoldier, maybe that could continue. But senior commanders love to surround themselves with officers like you and Kat. Maybe if you could become an O/C at a major training center?
Ok, I've personally had enough of videos of females in Infantry in Officer roles. I'm yet to see a video on a female Infantry soldier (General Entry as a Private) at section/squad level digging in, pack marching carrying full load with sleep depravation, a 10 km stretcher carry with a fight and withdrawal thrown in for good measure. It's no good talking about it, we don't want to know your PT scores. We want to know how you performed under strenuous battle simulations on a 2 week exercise as a PRIVATE not a Bloody Officer sitting in a tent at BHQ or CHQ. Big Brass made this decision, only they have the responsibility to show the 'on the field' hard working female soldier NOT Officer. Make a video about that and I, and many others will be right behind the push for females in Infantry. Infantry positions were open in 2018 in Australia and yet I only hear about female Officers, females in Armoured and Artillery units. Where is the Private female Infantry soldier? If there are any female Infantry Privates already serving at section/squad level as machine gunners, riflemen sorry riflewoman, forward scouts then my apologies to you because to be there already you must have worked hard and have truly deserved it.

I was an infantry platoon leader and I fully agree. How women do in Ranger and Airborne school is kind of beside the point, since the standards have been lowered for them. And I don't care how enthusiastic or motivated she is, or how physically fit she is. I know of highly motivated officers, tough guys with bulging muscles who could do zillions of pullups and run forever, who folded completely in combat. In fact, my niece's husband had to take command of an ambushed company in Afghanistan, because the Airborne Ranger (Hoo-Ah!) company commander froze in combat and was unable to function. And the Rangers in Mogadishu didn't perform all that well and many had to be taken in hand and calmed down by SFOD Delta NCOs. I know that for a fact. So Ranger grads might or might not do well in combat. We don't know. And a lot of rah-rah talk in peacetime is easy. The only thing that will convince me that women belong in the infantry is if they perform well in combat, with body parts and dead soldiers around them, being directly threatened with death and undergoing the most intense stress imaginable. And I'd want honest evaluations, not ones skewed by wokeness.
@@PennPearson There’s a great quote by Robert Barrow, 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps. “Finding yourself in a dangerous situation is not combat. Just curious, why do Army cadets highly prefer IN over any other branches? I get it's a cool job and you get to lead people but quite frankly it doesn't give you that many transferrable skills to the civilian sector.

I believe women can be as mentally tough. Some even tougher. The Russians proved in WW2 that their women snipers were badass. But that's not what being in the infantry is. And especially being a Ranger (scroll or tab). And having both, I can say, that I haven't met a woman that could come close to meeting or exceeding the standards.
Good for her for going through difficult training. But I will never want a women to be in the battlefield due to the barbarism that is unleashed from it. Not only that, having women in combat roles is another sign of societal degradation. There is just that ungodly behavior that will be exposed to having women surrounded by high testosterone men. Lack of Chasity is an issue and especially in this day of age, it always causes problems, and it's unprofessional. Not only that, it's just plain dissapointing. And understanding human nature, I'd just say it's better for women to stay away from combat occupations in general really. Personally, I think this is just the most virtuous path to have.

If anyone can do the job without special provisions then I support them in their endeavors, as I've served with some strong women in the Army. Will the "man-bun" hairstyle ever make it to AR 670-1?
Define 'doing the job'. You mean lowering the standards by 40% so that my grandma could pass, cane in hand? Even the ones that do pass, get hurt 10x more than the men do, Saw it dozens of times at the end of my career as an AC/RC instructor. Bottom line, I have NEVER seen a female that hasn't weakened an infantry units combat readiness 10-fold. If a female was to join Seal Team 6, that team is only getting from point a to point b as fast as its weakest link. Now, I have seen some badass female marathon runners! That's not the issue! The issue is finding ones that can traverse uneven terrain in the same distance wearing a 120 lb. combat load without their feet falling off, falling out to heat exhaustion, a cold weather injury or breaking something. The problem isn't 1 female Soldier passing the training, the problem is injecting 1000 females in combat units with 40% lowered standards. KEEP THE STANDARDS THE SAME! If anyone has a vast amount of experience seeing this, it is me. I have been to well over 120 different units in the western region From Hawaii and everything east of that to Texas. If you want attrition rate percentages, I have them. Bottom line, units with females in them have a much worse overall performance. This is a fact, not an opinion. This is with the lowered standards in the math.
Lower standards or not give the captain a break it’s still a great accomplishment. Thank you for your service and don’t let others ignorance get in your way. Gritty soldier thank you for all you do and service to our country. I’m a prior Ranger and this is great that it’s open to females.
@Gritty soldier and all. My daughter is in her last weeks of basic training airborne after her AIT. She is a great person who has a Masters and joined as an enlisted soldier. I hope for her that she can navigate her way up through the ranks and find a team that just wants to be the best. I see that there are many at basic that have joined for the wrong reasons. She wants to be the best from the ground up.
Kay, you are an amazing young lady. Congrats on her many accomplishments, truly impressive. It is great that she was afforded the same opportunities and not held back by gender. That said, I would have appreciated any discussion, beyond bathroom use, about any differing standards she may have faced compared to male counterparts. I think we should be able to have that conversation. (And the fact that we can’t is what ‘upsets’ so many people.)
Was Kat's PL time in A Co 3-187th Inf with 3-101? Because they had a Ranger-tabbed female PL in JRTC 2019 and I've got a story about her. Actually looking at the thumbnail, yeah that's her. So, first night in the box, we just took Sangari, I, a few of my engineer squadmates, and much of Angel Co are taking shelter in a building after clearing it. Their CO is talking to this LT in another room, keeping it private. But evidently it wasn't positive feedback, because all we hear is her storming away, basically having a meltdown like a child, saying "Well I fucked up, okay?! I'm sorry I'm such a bad lieutenant!" In front of her whole platoon. Really honoring the tab there, ma'am. No one seemed surprised to hear she'd been moved back to a staff job as soon as we got back to Campbell.
I mean that's embarrassing as hell but males (lieutenants, captains, etc) have emotional outbursts too, they just aren't looked at in the same light because the emotion is anger or pardoned because of the high stress of the job. If a woman has one, it's because she's a woman, that's so unfair. Neither should be having outbursts though - they're military leaders and I'm also not surprised to hear she'd been moved to a staff job.
Powerful stuff. I'll admit I was against 'women in infantry'. My views changed after serving with women. I'd say now that armies that have integrated women in leadership roles in all trades benefit on multiple levels. Great job leading by opening peoples eyes on issues like this. Gotta keep us older guys learning.

@@tryathletes Ohhhh Yes, literally EVERYONE in the US Military experiences this. I wasn't Army. I was in the US Navy. Literally EVERYONE had to go through the "sensitivity training". EVERYONE has experienced the wilting flowers who ALWAYS can't go on deployment with some excuse (not just for pregnancy, and they make CAREERS out of shirking their duties like this). EVERYONE has had that one woman in their command where you wonder: "How did this b*tch get promoted by the boards?" - knowing it's a rhetorical question. You don't even NEED to be in the Military to know this. You don't need to know all the "no-so hidden shenanigans" involved in promotions and evaluations throughout the Military, from Basic Training to Commanding Officer: Pull up the Military's official PFT requirements, and see how EVERY Woman is "scored" differently from every Man. This has a HUGE effect on fitness, morale, and promotional standards, etc, throughout the Military. When the Services force people OUT of service, it's often using THESE PFT standards to do it; People on the lower tier PFT probation, for example, will be kicked out of the Military or leave themselves because the PFT standards are too hard for them. That's not even the worst part of those PFT charts. These PFT standards have been jury rigged and debased CONSTANTLY for decades throughout the Services to provide women with an advantage - while destroying Physical fitness in the Military's readiness for combat operations. Know why the US Military doesn't do Pull-ups for the PFT anymore? Because Women don't have as much Upper-Body strength as Men (one of the MOST important aspects of Physical Fitness in daily Military life, to say nothing of Combat Arms). So why not just decrease the number of Pull Ups required for Women, instead of eliminating the requirement? Because the Military found out that women couldn't even do ONE Pull-Up, effectively preventing Women from passing Basic Training, to say nothing of STAYING in the Military. They couldn't lower that standard to "Under One", so the requirement for upper-body strength "Must" be eliminated. After all, the TOP priority is to promote Women (and Homos), NOT to be ready to fight an actual War. Why was the Running standard changed from 1.5 Miles to 2 Miles? Because while Women typically couldn't move as well with even light loads compared to Men (as if daily life in the Military is about not moving or carrying heavy loads in your hands and on your back), Women weighed less and could more typically approach Men over this longer distance with "Empty loads". (And this puts aside the "Re-Normalization" rate between Men and Women when the change occurred). On and on and on. Needless to say, the Media is distinctly conspiratorial about keeping these realities out of the limelight - even though plenty of Women have . You can write books on the number of shenanigans and idiocy or the stuff that Women and "Women" have pulled in the Military - all the while getting promoted up the ranks. As much of a jag-off Milley is, nobody claims that he didn't answer the call when it was HIS turn to do his time in theater. Even the Male idiots in our Military Brass have to conform to SOME standard when getting promoted. But Women? Women in the Military don't even have to DEPLOY during WARTIME over the course of a 20 year CAREER to get promoted. If they were Male, they'd have been kicked out long ago.
@@PennPearson statistically most women will fail the training and the regiment, but it is also statistically impossible to say that there are not women physically up to the job. All groups have their outliers, it’s just not possible to determine that 100% of women cannot handle this level of physicality. If the 1% of women are capable, why not? Nobody is offering ranger school spots to 160 lb privates who can’t make their PT. You should look up the women in the last two conflicts who have earned combat decorations for bravery. They handled themselves well 🤷♀️. Women made up a good number of personnel guarding and running patrols, night and day, around bases in hostile territory. Believe it or not a lot of them were engaged and placed directly into life and death situations. Good for her. I applaud women stepping up to serve their country. And I respect and am not afraid of truly strong women. I've worked around some tough women and am a better man for it. Have also worked around some men who were duds, to say the least. But in all honesty I'm not convinced one iota her being in the infantry is an asset to the US taxpayer. Show me a video of her ground pounding, with a 100 lb.+ ruck, in sustained combat, day in and day out, for months, with her grunts. Having rounds zipping passed her head and pulling her weight, and then some, (she's an officer after all). Show me this with her not getting injured at a higher rate than her male counterparts. I'm beyond skeptical. The men will get stronger and she'll get weaker. This is a fact of nature. If you want to truly understand what this means, read US Marine Corp. Capt. Katie Petronio's account of being in combat in Afghanistan. It destroyed her. This is not good for our country, our military, and our women. One final thought. The allowing of women into combat arms is not being done because of diversity or inclusion or equity or any of that phony bullshit. It may appear that way but the appearances are deceptive (as are a lot things coming from the pentagon, smoke and mirrors). This is being done to attract women to the military. This opens up another pool for recruiters to draw from. The military is having great difficulty in recruiting men. This opens up a new pipeline to put bodies in formation. Learned this from an old ROTC buddy involved in the process (who also acknowledged it probably wasn't going to end well, no shit). Anyway, maybe I'll be proven wrong and the feminization of our military will make us stronger than we've ever been. My reading of Camille Paglia's writings makes me doubt this will happen.
Pretty much. We are in the age of government doing dumb stuff that everyone knows won't work, but we (non-neutered males?) all have to just sit and watch the horrific, foreseeable consequences unfold while being berated with silly made up terms like "sexism". Lol Camille Paglia
Four years and a Captain? Hard to believe. From the information I obtained the standards were lowered for the women in Ranger school. There is no doubt in my mind the the standards for all the services have been lowered to appease those who cant make it. God help us.
Did your own research? O-3 at four years is the standard across the US military, and is essentially automatic unless you manage to screw up well beyond the standard of an ordinary 20-something junior officer.

So late to this discussion, but well, someone with 🧠. See, there is a male race and a female race, and they set the standards for the different gender. Grow up and get over it. Plenty of women wouldn't be able to pass the female standard. Just like plenty of men wouldn't pass the male standard. If you're sexist 8184, just say it out aloud.
I wonder if females want to be infantry soldiers if there was a real war and combat on hand? Let's say females have to be one on one to have to be at male lower or high standards in a PT test, next is stamina, and all have to live under the same standard and treatment under combat conditions? There shall no preferential treatment as to sex, physical condition, or mental condition, everyone in that combat unit should preform the same. If you are a casualty you should be the same and given no special treatment unless badly wounded. There should be excuses for being pregnant or family issues but go on with what you are ordered to do in combat. A male infantry soldier has no excuse for anything for avoiding combat, I think this should be the same for all females who desire to be in the infantry. Yes you will even go into being a machinegunner with no help to the same standards. You will have no privacy in showers or personal space in garrison or in combat. Females shall live in the same conditions in combat no matter what. Even in the current Ukraine conflict, the Russians don't employ females in direct combat units like infantry, armor, and artillery. If females want to be in direct combat I don't care!!! They made their decision, but take it like a man!!! See how proud their parents could be if they lost a daughter in combat blown to pieces with a closed casket funeral? Killed in combat but had children left behind, how good is that without a mother? Honestly a nation who encourages women into combat on the front lines is a weak and spineless country!!! See what happens when women end up as regularly coming back in body bags weekly as equally as men? A country or nation who does that is weak and spineless!!! I don't want to see women get killed or mutilated in combat for no stupid reason!!! Call me sexist but combat being in it or get injured in it we all will get regrets!!! People in body bags what ever sex has no glory. They are just dead with no life after even just visiting them buried 6 feet under. I want no woman to die!!!
@@Bellthorian Yep absolutely right!! Once body bags start coming home with very high casualties of females being blown to bits. Fathers and mothers start to cry how they raised a tomboy and how they wanted to be like most guys and join the Infantry. Yes opinions will change. Honestly they wanted this wish, they want to go into combat, I say let them get slaughtered with the rest until they learn the very hard lesson of combat. I have no pity on stupidity... Fuck them if they die in combat and learn the hard way. I would keep feeding them to the meat grinder with no special treatment in combat were everyone is equal....
Good video sir , but I think the key of success for infantry is fitness male or female, at the beginning. Now if you have a female that can keep up with the dudes that will win hearts and minds 😉 but I may be wrong lol, you forgot to ask if her PSG had a tab lol
Find me a female that can pass the 12 mile in 3 hours in full kit and 60lb ruck, 70 pushups in 2 min, 70 situps in 2 min, 14 min 2 mile run or 90% on male standard.
She didn’t earn that ranger tab. They got to go and take showers that makes whole course void. They got a retake every obstacle, minor and major. No one else did. that’s from the instructors that were at the course.. they also had an advantage before they came no one else did meal prep , other things they were just push through .that’s not fair lowered the bar and makes it like a participation trophy . No integrity wear the Ranger tab that you didn’t earn it. no integrity and I wouldn’t follow her anywhere. She didn’t earn that tab. They just gave it to her. She had a separate standard. same with a 37-year-old female with two kids. The 37 year old, got to retake on every obstacle minor and major. again got to leave to go take showers. are getting rest time and shower time and refreshed and no one else is getting. . If everybody else got rest time and shower time a lot more people would be making it to Ranger school so this, so what she she got got through because you just gave it to work with me to do that. It doesn’t mean anything it’s laughable I wouldn’t even wear that on my uniforms out if I was her. Look at all the men’s faces that made it when they finished. they dropped about. 35 40 pounds.. they looked fresh like they hadn’t lost any weight and that’s very telling and it shows that it was a separate standard..
Of course it will. Just because the Left and feminists want something to be true, that doesn't make it true. Bulging muscles, Ranger tabs, wokeness and enthusiastic rah-rah talk in peacetime are all totally irrelevant and have no bearing on how a person does in combat. This is all just another woke show of political correctness. It's well known that wmn get through Ranger school because they've lowered standards for them. I'll believe women belong in the infantry when they get Silver Stars and DSCs for their performance in combat, not on RUclips. And I want the medals to be awarded based on merit, not because of their female identity.
I'm former 11B Airborne Qualified then Army sented me to a mech inf unit in Germany for 18 months.I wanted to go the rip at harmony church not Germany.its all good when I looked back❤❤
Why would the Army waste training slots on females who will never be able to join a ranger team even if they qualify? Woke ass Army. At least the title of Marine is still something to be prideful of, for now at least.
"Are you liviing under a rock? She is a Captian in a Ranger Regiment, dipshit." And the marines were the last of the branches to accept black people. I guess that you are proud of that also.
everyone really knows about the standards and fems. which ever units they go to, be super careful around them. u know they will charge u for disrespect
I have listened to many interviews about women in ranger school. Conclusion is that standards were lowered and leadership told the rangers that a woman will graduate, so don’t fight it. Many are not happy! This is just propaganda. Women can and should serve but at least be honest about standards. Personally i would not want to be in a unit with a woman.
I served as a cav scout in the 3BCT for six years and in my time I worked with two female scouts. Both fought for their place and were as capable, if not more, than some of my men. Both had airborne tabs and knew Bradleys like the back of their hand. If you're currently serving and do "not want to be in a unit with a woman", I implore you to grow the fuck up. Though, I doubt that you've ever served, considering your only experience with female soldiers is through "listening to many interviews about women in ranger school".
@@YourName-dr2mg I am not discounting your experience at all and I totally believe you. However, I have interviewed many former Rangers, Vietnam Vets etc etc, and in private they all say no. The question is, were standard lowered? My research seems to suggest yes. Many current and former solidiers also confirm that standards were lowered. Again, it is a question of standards not of belonging. Furthermore, I don't want a pilot to take me from point A to B that passed with lower standards becase they were a girl. You can't discount my research and the results that I have gotten so far. Also, read some of the stories in the comments below and other videos. You will get some really good insights.
@@edalbanese6310 Ranger school isn't getting easier to accomodate for female soldiers. There is a constant belief within older generations that newer generations have it easier than them. Hell, if you asked me a year ago whether basic had gotten too soft for new recruits I'd agree. Since then, I've matured, and realized that this mindset is simply incorrect and I've been ignoring the real-life evidence of soldiers that worked alongside me every day. In all honesty, the people I worked with the year before my ETS were some of the most mature and capable soldiers I had ever served with. Seeing women pass Ranger school isn't a sign of it being easy. Rather, it is proof that if you offer women in the top 1% of physical fitness the opportunity to attend Ranger school and be held to the same standards as men, statistically, they will succeed. If a woman exceeds the Ranger physical standards, there is nothing else that makes her less capable than a man. Your abilities in marksmanship, tactics, and leadership aren't determined by your gender, but rather your training, experience, and willingness to succeed.
Ed, sounds like women were already at a disadvantage (within your worldview) when you began your "research". You started with a preconceived belief that you wouldn't want to serve alongside a woman in a combat role and then you sought information that aligned with this belief. This phenomenon is very common. It's known as confirmation bias. "To the naysayers, If you aren't tabbed roll into the next ranger class to see if the standards changed. If you have a tab, re-validate it, by volunteering to return to day 1." - Major General Austin "Scott" Miller.
I used to ask WHY do we spend money to send women to Airborne school if they never will be in combat? It is a special means of delivering combat soldiers into a combat zone. I have also had a female Captain look me eye and tell me if she had to drive into combat she would refuse or get out of the vehicle and leave. I could only shake my head in disbelief. I have much respect for women. I have also been disgusted. A SFC that was about to retire in my specops unit called a young private 6 months in service a "chick". He had about a month left. He was busted down in rank then given a dishonorable discharge to set an example. All because he called her a chick 🐣. I know that when they are under scrutiny they deny it but standards are lowered to ensure women pass things. Just an observation. No judgement. Lot of things go on under the radar that many never see. Lol there was a female I knew in group support that was sooo top heavy they had too make a custom BDU top for her. She used top brag to me she always maxed her pushups. Enough said. Interesting to see how things have changed. ROFL Starship Troopers was awesome! If you want to set standards for women in the US military look at Wonder Woman and women in Israel Defense. Bad to the bone.
I agree. This is all a woke show for RUclips. It has no bearing on how she'll do in combat. At Ft. Bragg, my last jump as a lieutenant was made with a female private who'd refused to jump the week before. Our battalion S-3 told me to drive her to Pope AFB, and jump with her. On the way, I spent the entire time trying to convince her of how safe it would be. She did jump, but when we stood up to hook up, I was right behind her, and gave her a death stare when she looked back at me. She knew that the bullshit was finished and that I'd have pushed her out the door if it had been necessary.
I would never want to serve under the command of a female. Not sexist but there are things men do better and that's inspire confidence and control. Women on average are much more emotional and that's not a bad thing in general but in high stress situations it's not what the unit needs at all...
Truth: not that I saw or have seen. I truly believe I secure people just use that BS as an excuse. There are some mean women out there man, THAT is the truth.

She might of gotten handed the Ranger Tab but she is not a true Ranger, we all know that women have different standards then men in Ranger School. So in my opinion she is not Ranger
In my opinion it is a little cringy, only because there was zero discussion about any differing of standards. We need to be honest here. Let’s be truthful.
The only question that matters is if they had to lower standards to accommodate her and does her presence put anyone else at risk by having to either increase support or give an excuse to draft women?

If you want an example, ask me herein because I can list dozens of examples as to why women in combat positions are a horrible idea.

How is ranger school for woman? I am currently doing a small personal research of ranger school in the perspective of woman, I am very interested, and I must say even more in the experience of women than in men, it is well know that it is a man dominated world, so us females must support each other, and one of those things is listening and hearing woman.

What advice would you give for women that want to be SEALs? If you had to go to BUD/S again, how would you prepare differently? What books or workout programs would you recommend?
Most female SEAL candidates struggle with carrying the boats and logs, doing pull ups, having grip strength and completing the “Dirty Name” on the obstacle course. Also, a lot of female SEAL candidates break their legs or develop stress fractures.

Maybe it’s in my blood: My dad was an OG Ranger in the 75th regiment in Vietnam. If someone told him “you can’t,” he’d say “watch me!” and I’m the same way.
Why don't make. 100% staffed women infantry unit that solves it
Why not 100% women units problem solved why not ???????
Awesome interview! She’s obviously a very strong and tough woman.
Her fitness BG @ 8:20 otherwise most of the interview is about being a female in combat arms or advice for females. Cool interview!
Terrence Popp had a lot to say about this issue.
Why do we not have 100% women units problem Sloved why give me a good reason why not ????????????????????????????????

Great video! As a female who has been following your channel for a while, its great to hear from a female just as badass!
Sounds about right
Powerful stuff. I'll admit I was against 'women in infantry'. My views changed after serving with women. I'd say now that armies that have integrated women in leadership roles in all trades benefit on multiple levels.
Great job leading by opening peoples eyes on issues like this. Gotta keep us older guys learning.
Thanks for the honest comment brother! 💪

@@isolinear9836 This from first hand experience? Have you served with women?
You don't need to know all the "no-so hidden shenanigans" involved in promotions and evaluations throughout the Military, from Basic Training to Commanding Officer:
Pull up the Military's official PFT requirements, and see how EVERY Woman is "scored" differently from every Man.
@SickCall Ranger Ok Boomer.

Surely standards were lowered to accommodate women; very doubtful they can go and do what men do.

So late to this discussion, but well, someone with 🧠. See, there is a male race and a female race, and they set the standards for the different gender. Grow up and get over it.

76-79 I served in the INF I had the best PL's were Ranger's
When you don’t adhere to the same standards then you’re not the thing you’re pretending to be.

@@GrittySoldier I'm in the MNNG, joining as a female 12B, it helps ME MAN.
Thank you! I'm striving for excellence and hungry for military success
I'm guessing rangers has the easiest sof training?
No No No Ranger School very difficult
Looking forward to watching this later, but right now need shower and sleep.
Wow she's a tough guy!
Well, we don't really know. She's never been in combat. She APPEARS to be tough, but appearance isn't necessarily reality.
Great interview, so inspiring.
What percentage of infantry officers are black?
Who cares?
There’s not many Black folks in combat arms anyways.
black men are men
Totally agree I hope one day we will be inter-grated completely just like Star Ship Troopers
Only 8 months as PL! The rest of the time on staff, which is the place to crappy officers. So many more high-speed PL positions in a battalion.
Have they lowered the standards at Ranger for females… tell the truth.
Truth: not that I saw or have seen. I truly believe I secure people just use that BS as an excuse. There are some mean women out there man, THAT is the truth.
Females have to shower every 3 days. That's a huge motivation when you're in the field for 10 days straight. Males aren't allowed to shower during that time..........
Of course they've lowered the standards for women. There are a couple of videos on RUclips about it.
@@PennPearson have you served?
@@rangerdave3664 women do not have to shower every three day. I am a woman. I have done two week plus hikes up sharp inclines, not once was I able to shower. I know it’s hard to understand vaginas considering you’ve likely never seen one, but they’re fairly good at self cleaning.
Diversity hire.
Motivating!
What a total joke, she wouldn’t last 15 minutes in the Ranger Regiment. She did Airborne AFTER Ranger School? Hmmm
First of all, she is in a ranger regement. second you do not have to be airborne qualified to go through ranger school.
My feeling also not in regiment. And why not 100
% 100%% if they what it that bad but. You can't stand on mens. Shoulders I think it a lie
her perfectly even sweat in the torso is from wearing a fat burning belt. She'll have an OF page eventually
No disrespect to her, but I would have never wanted to have a woman in my chain of command. (12 year infantry combat veteran)
She might of gotten handed the Ranger Tab but she is not a true Ranger, we all know that women have different standards then men in Ranger School. So in my opinion she is not Ranger
She looks just like a captain that I was in SFAS with. 🤔
30" to the left... together... the mold still builds champions.....
Lead the way Kat
lower standards of course.
Rock on young lady. Give those boys hell. I would be proud to have served under you.
She's an Officer, therefore no risk.
Cringe
In my opinion it is a little cringy, only because there was zero discussion about any differing of standards. We need to be honest here. Let’s be truthful.
Props to u don’t listen to the toxic masc men
