@@shawneeelliott2002 lol update I made it on and off without assistance. Big upgrade from yesterday when I had to get off the bike in my socks and have the instructor detach my shoes.

Assuming here but it could be cause you are using road shoes? Mtb biking shoes the clip usually is recessed in the show and has actually grip so you can walk around in them no problem
