This video was a great help for what we needed to know however it was fast pace for us seniors and we had to rewind several times wished I could play it back in slow motion lol. That being said, thank so much for sharing your knowledge.
Great video, just wanted to point out a few things if making videos for beginners. Make sure to put some oil on the o-ring on the filter housing to make sure it doesn’t pinch and will use nicely. Also make sure your vehicle is off the stands and on a somewhat level surface before filling the oil. Besides that nice job
Thanks bro. Couldn't have did it without your help. Mine was Machine Tight so I had to use a drill. I'm a rookie. I got oil all over the place😂😂😂😂 Thanks for your help my friend
THX for the nice vid. U showed the EXACT position for the new O-Ring which other vids DID NOT show. KUDOS!!! However I would recommend you stick with a decent full synthetic 5w-30 with no additional additive as opposed to 5w-20 with an additional additive. GOD BLESS & THX!!!
Thank you and Yes, that's really up to you..My 2013 Hyundai lasted 260000 miles driving Uber with no problem till it got totaled on 2018. Some drunk driver hit it while park on the street
kings17court Everytime you do oil change, I do recommend to put new gasket on your screw and the new rubber gasket for the filter. It always comes with it when you purchase your oil filter hope this is helpful.
@@2eagle86 As long as you change the washers everytime you bolt in the drain plug, I don't think its leaking base on my experience and I just do it hand tight only

You are so welcome! Glad it was helpful and thank you for your feedback @Mil7Rey
There's a slow motion button on RUclips. Put playback speed to .05

Don't forget the small washer in the oil filter box was for the drain plug which he already put back on😉
Thank you so much
Exactly what I needed! The filter on this car is so weird (to me) so I just wanted to double check how you sway that out.

Do you recommend putting oil on the new rubber gasket, or is that not necessary?

Yes, wet your finger with oil and coat the Orings before assembly.
An oil container is like $10. Now you spilled oil everywhere. Better to show people the proper way to do an oil change.
I bought one at dollar store for $1 a few years ago. Now it is $1.25. Funnels are $1.
Maybe he had some old news paper spread out to catch excess oil splatter...
I think I’ll make a better video smh lol
My goal is to show simple tutorial video for the beginners, and not to do like Kardashian's show kinda type! and nothing fancy!
It would be nice to know if them suckers need to be torqued down, cause my sedona is leaking from the drain plug

Hey 👋! So much for making a better video, you didn't even make one! LOL why trash a video when it's actually offering assistance, unlike you.
