The 4 years before the referendum we also increased the NHS budget by £400 million a week. Yes, we have since 2016 done that again. However, it comes from cuts in other departments and raising taxes. Brexit actually made it worse because we had huge extra Brexit costs and reduction in what would have been our tax base. Look at the figures but also understand them.
