I do recognize it, just landing them for almost a year now and I turned 50 this year, so If I can do it (ate this age) anyone can!! Indeed it is mostly about breaking down that fear, I did do that step by step...and then it is finding the right timing... For me, I am at the point of getting more and more height and I am building it to the stalled forwards now...had a few delayed ones already, but can't call it really stalled yet...it will come! 😄 Keep up coming with these kind a nice tutorial vids! 👌
Very different - but very good advice! I watched many videos on this topic. The special focus on the psychological aspects of the essential preparation is helpful for me. Can't wait to get back on the waves again - thank you!
I'm 50 now, and even after 20 years and too many catapults I have concluded I will never loop. It's 100% a mental battle, if you can switch off the fear gland, then you will loop no problem.
Go little downwind when entering the wave, do wider grip, strech arms littlebit forward when sheet in . Sheet in normal and Look back wards . You will be around beforw you know it. There is no time actually to look forward when do this
I am still using the old setting from the nineties, not stretching the front arm too much and looking in between the feet or between boom eand rear foot, under the shoulder. The resulting rotation Is more vertical and more difficult to land and to avoid overrotation. I try to learn the correct (modern) technic positioning my center of gravity close to the clew, looking over the shoulder , rotating less upside down and looking when stopping the rotation by moving the weight from back arm to front. Easy to say, not so Easy to remember as i am so used to the "old" style.....

Wide grip, sheet in look backwards
@@JisungxMinho_LOVE The steps are ingrained in my mind. It’s the not looking at the crash zone when I do it in practice is the hard part 😂
