These videos might not pay a lot, but they are worth so much to the fans. Trust me. I love this content. The stuff you can learn from watching is priceless
Logan if you read the comments, can we please get a digital release of the earth616 back catalogue, need them old bangers in wav/320 like Skepta - Missing, Rockstar, Stageshow, ASAP, etc Maniac - Devil EP, Ripperman - Rubble, Davinche - What Is Mine and more!
A brilliant watch! First came across Logan on the Uptown Forums back in the day. He is a music purist through and through and if anything Grime owes him a hell of a lot! Selfless in his obsession of the sound and protecting it
When Logan talks about recognisable riffs, and being able to hum a tune and people will know it, he nails it. That's what really made Grime so impactful for me. The big tunes stood out with these really recognisable top line hooks.
So SO SO glad argue and many other grime historians and archivists are putting in work to this day even though it seems like there isn't an audience, it may be small but grime is soo important to those that do care. and us older grime fans that have been following for 20 years have seen it blow up and "die" so many times over the years. as long as people keep making it i and many others around the world are waiting to listen. and the purest form of grime is live, so the fact people are still doing insane radio sets keeps me alive. Love from NZ
Logan understands systems, he's able to connect the dots between many different things and see how they effect one another. His outlook on the state of Grime towards the end are so well considered, for example understanding the the economy has an impact on the state of Grime. I think what he was trying to say at the end but maybe avoiding because of the stigma is that he thinks he has ASC (Autism). I think that's exactly what makes him so talanted though.
The way he digs out KISS FM for paying him NOTHING (ok so £50 but it might as well be nothing!!) for doing his show and not once did they give him a pay increase!! Let's be honest I think anyone would be sore over that although SURLY he could of been like: "I want AT LEAST £250 a show or I'm gone cos I've been doing this for YEARS now and your taking the piss." (I mean how much money must a radio station like KISS be generating in the first place!!

Fully agree about 'DJ Wonder - What', big moment in the Dubstep crossover. Skream doing it the other way with Midnight Request Line, Tapped, etc
Trust! big tune
