DIY Outdoor Wreath and Garland Set

All the products used in this video were from Hobby Lobby with the exception of the ornaments which I got at Walmart last year. The total cost on this project came in at just under $200 for both the garland and the wreath. I used 1 roll of 2” wired ribbon, 20 white frosted picks, 20 green frosted pics, 1 length of red tinsel garland, 3 6’ garlands, about 20 large white and gold ornaments and about 20 small red ornaments, floral wire, hot glue, ornament hooks, 2 boxes of 70 light plug in strands, 2 battery operated 20 light strands, and 1 wreath.

This Turned out so beautiful! I believe myself to be crafty I even have diy and craft videos on my channel but I’ve never made a wreath!! I’ve always wanted to. I just find them intimidating to make for some reason. I’m watching a bunch of videos trying to learn techniques. You make this look so easy. Thanks for the inspiration to try again. This is gorgeous! It’s always windy at our house too and there is no covering or anything at my front door so it’s completely exposed. I tried hanging a wreath with command hooks last year and it didn’t last a week last year lol
oh no! Maybe wiring it to an over the door held hook?
