As a Philadelphian: ITS CALLED THE SPORTS COMPLEX FOR A REASON (0:58, 1:16) & you can’t put that in the middle of Center City I’ll probably take up from Broad to 5th & Girard through Market & theres still a transit connection in the Broad Street Line & bus routes 4,17 & sometimes the 68 & a big park in FDR it might not be in Center City/right next to it it’s perfect there as it is it’s a good stadium

I live in NJ & went to Wells Fargo 2x for shows, both times we got in with no trouble & out with no trouble. Philly is one of the easiest sports complexes to get to & park since it is on the outskirts of Philadelphia & it is surrounded by parking lots with a very cool badass xfinity center entertainment venue in the parking lot

The Linc is not the best stadium, but your no parking rant makes no sense. Yes, traffic sucks, not unique to the Linc, but there is definitely parking. All the other stadium lots, the tail gate lots, parking near the Nova care center. Your expectations of just driving in and parking with no issues are not realistic.

you had a single experience and are treating it like its the norm. I come up to eagles games from delaware all the time and the traffic isnt that bad. Typically takes an hour to an hour and half from wilmington. 3 hours is absurd that wasn't from gameday traffic. The parking situation is not that bad but having knowledge of the lots makes a huge difference in getting out faster. As far as the people in front of you that sucks but you cant equate 4 people to 60 to 70 percent of eagles fans.

This wasn't just the people in front of me. It was all over the stadium. And I was at the Eagles/Rams at SoFi the following week and the Eagles fans' behavior there was even worse.

@@thetouchback fair enough, but your representation of the traffic issues is just not accurate. you clearly had a terrible but not normal experience.

As a former Philadelphia, eagles, season ticket holder, and someone who goes to the stadium complex frequent way you’re full of crap taking septa down there does not take six hours to get They are on Septa for kick off as any public transportation that you take you have to give time of course but living in the four NE. part of Philadelphia it takes an hour maybe an hour and a half to get down there on Septa parking down there is horrible. That’s why it’s best to take Septa.

I couldn't agree more. As Philly native, born & raised here. I've been to maybe, 40-50 Phillies, Eagles & Sixer games in my lifetime. Going back to the 90s. We've always taken Septa down there & never once had it taken 6 hours. This guy is completely full of smoke. Taking Septa from anywhere in the city can get you there in under 2 hours, guaranteed.

I was a season ticket holder for 10 years. 1. In those 10 years I went to about 70 games. Maybe a handful of times traffic was a nightmare getting to the game. Of those 70 games, never could I not get a parking space in the stadium lot even up to mins B4 kickoff. There must have been some other issue that day causing your issues. I always left my house 3hrs B4 games and never once missed kickoff (I live 45mins away with no traffic)
    2. So you had some a holes in front of you so u equate that to represent 60% of the fans? Again In my 70 or so games, I saw 1 fight (a Giants fan starting a fight with a lady and her kid, dude got arrested). I would say again a few times some fans would block the view, but people around always yelled at them to sit down. Heck at SB 49 I was sitting behind the worst fans I have ever experienced. The dumb Seahawks fans stood the entire game blocking my view, this made me have to stand along with everyone behind me. And the 2 girls next to them spent the entire game taking selfies, I don't think they ever been to a FB game B4.
My point is, shit happens everywhere. You had a bad experience and that sucks. However coming to all your conclusions based on 1 experience is weird to me.

I’ve worked at this stadium for 7 years now. You’re parking rant makes no sense, it’s literally surrounded by parking lots and like any other stadium, get there early. If that stadium was anywhere else, city traffic makes it far worse and a headache.
The fans cannot be a fault on the stadium unless you are strictly judging the experience alone.
I just don’t see any logical argument here and recommending Met Life with NYC traffic and being so cookie cutter boring is laughable.

I’m giving you a L and a dislike bc the Linc is amazing to be at during Eagles game
Complaining about traffic at a major sporting event with THOUSANDS of people should be a crime

I love the fact that the stadium is in the middle of nowhere. That way, I don't have to go into the city. I have been to dozens of stadiums and arenas. That area has always been the best parking experience I have ever had.
