I believe the court will order a private firm to do a total audit of the entire figures and from the face of the pink sheets just to clarify these issues.... This is something the Ndc failed to do.
@Emmanuel Awuah Are you living in Ghana? Didn't you hear the NDC calling for a forensic audit of the election results. So that there wouldn't be any need to go to court?? You're just DUMB 😂
@@benjamindey7343 haha degenerate one??? Who orders for their forensic audit? clueless Ndc supporter. Nana didn't cross the 50% threshold because EC said if you add all of Techiman South purported voters without taking into account others may or may not come to vote. Go back to your pleadings of Asiedu, nana Addo won by 50.90% without Techiman South and you come and insult me?
They should have their pink sheet ready for court to do the forensic audit as it happened 2012 done by npp than this empty talk without evidences to prove the case
If you don't understand his logical argument don't insult. How can a petitioner who initiates a court proceedings refuse to testify but hands it over to others and even does not come to court. Between him and Jean Mensah who ALWAYS comes to court who is more scared? Don't you know that if they allow Jean Mensah to mount the box it will be a bad precedent? Whereby anybody can just get up and go to court and ask anybody to come to court to answer questions without any evidence? Today you think it is right but sometime later when NDC is in power NPP can use it to harass NDC appointees.
@@emikinc does Akuffo Addo comes to the court? It not the matter of the petitioner coming to the court, haven’t you been seeing his representatives ? It’s the duty of the EC to let the citizens know the actual figure of the election since she kept changing the figures, till now no body knows the correct figure and you are here saying petitioner doesn’t go to the court, will his presence at the court bring the correct figures out?
@@Akos914 You are even confused and don't know what is going on. Is Akufo Addo the petitioner? In 2013 when Akufo Addo was the petitioner was he not in court throughout the proceedings? Or you don't know who the petitioner is in an election suit. Had it not been the fact that Mahama was a former president the Judges might have asked why he is not in court when he has not travelled or is not sick if you don't know. How many times has the petitioner chosen to be absent without any explanation? It's like asking a question in class. Though the answer might be to the benefit of the whole class, the teacher wouldn't take it kindly if the one who asked the question decides to leave the class while the teacher is answering the question. Don't forget that it is the petitioner who initiated the whole court proceedings and called the attention of all of us (i.e. in this case the the one who needs an answer to a question) Now while we are looking for an answer to his question he decides not to participate but to leave the class without any tangible explanation and rather ask a colleague student to listen to the answer and update him when he returns. Does that show respect to the teacher and other class members? Think about it.
Democracy thrives on law not common sense. Afari gyan entered the box becoz npp produced 11000+ pink sheets which they argue in court that the results were wrong. Ndc however came with none. So what are u comparing with that of EC results none. And u want her to enter the box becos u think so. 2ndly, ndc should make tsatsu understand that he failed them by closing the case. Not closing it rather opens the door along subpoening the EC. But u close it and ur coming back for what! Shambolic
