I never understood billionaires basic and often times dull taste in houses. They look like cheap basic boxes with triangular roofs. Nothing exciting. It could just be wrong ppl with money. But many live in rather ugly houses

relative small house, and a lot of add on around it.. like 2 or 3 swiming pools, tenniscourt and gardens... disappointing for 175m usd. the value must be the land I guess.
