First time in Anneau du Rhin with Dunlop Sportsmart TT tyres. This was my second session in AdR and also with this tyres. I am impressed by the grip and threshold you get with this road legal tyre. In comparison to real race tyres it takes some more force to switch direction. Therefor it's very stable in lean angle.
I really enjoyed to not take tyre warmers on and off for each session. If you are going to the track with your road bike and aren't super duper fast, the Dunlop Sportsmart TT is worth trying!
Performance overall feels like 80% of the D212 GP Racer. Cheers! :D

You say 80%, but I reckon the lap time is only a couple of seconds longer compared to full blown race tires, correct? Then you're talking about 95% or something.
I had those on my bike when I got it, the best tyre for grip on the roads I've had so far.
hey Murtanio! first of all very compliments for your drive. I really like your style. I ve the same tyres on my bike and Im feeling great on track. Respect a d212 can you notice any differences about lean angles? or maybe the difference is only how many laps you can keep pushing on the tyres..? thanks mate
The bracket you have on top of your forks has sharp looking exposed corners that look like they might snag a knee or thigh if you get a tank slapper and come up out of your seat. Its probably fine but just wanted to point it out.
thinking the same thing brother.
The fact that you don't need tyre warmers is a big selling point I think. Sure it would still be better with them but for someone who's looking into starting their track day addiction this seems like a fantastic first spend. Thanks Murtanio. And as always great riding.
I use them for track days and you really don't need the warmers. Depending on track temperature and rider skill, you can get them warmed within half a lap. Also they don't seem to suffer from heat cycles like real racing tires. Great tires.
Awesome riding! Great technique 👌
Wieder Mega anzuschauen ❤️
Learned a lot again :)
Just switched to some Dunlops myself I've got some new Alpha 14's on ready for my next track day. I've heard good things about them from other guys who used them should be fun!
Your fantastic riding has earned you a sub here
awesome riding dude!
Ich liebe diese rennstrecke ❤️
Super Aufnahme und geiler Sound👍😁
Awesome video. Feels like I'm on the bike.
Man that is wicked fast!
Very good!
Did 2 days this week on Assen with my new Sportsmart TT tyres on my 2008 zx6r and I must say that I really like them. The grip was great and light steering but stable. I have not ridden them in the rain yet so I so I am still curious about that.
Fantastic
Mannn! You got some skills
This is beatiful
Amazing rider bro
This R6 is a beast
Just a proposal: put one ND filter on your camera, and if you can find a way to isolate the noice from the wind by sticking som flurry thing. It will unfortunately not make you faster but :D hahah
Nice! I like it ;-)
Hi welche Kamera benutzt du eigentlich? Sieht richtig gut aus 👌👍
What pressures were you running front & rear for this? I've used Metzler Sportec M7 RR's this season & am considering these Dunlop's for next season. But I suspect the Sportec is better in the wet than the Dunlop due to the limited syping on the Sportsmart?
Hi my friend. What pressures do you run those tyres on track?
Cold and Target pressure warm?
whipping that bike....
Do you know whats the difference between sportsmart tt and the q4 and which one is better?
How is it compared to the alpha 13?
i know this question is old but i want to know what tire pressure you put at the start ?? i cant find any information enywhere
Mmmmmmmm that line......soooo perfect.....mmmmmm
I take it your a Dunlop fan for sure, and so am I. But have you ran q3+'s on the track before? Or maybe the new q4's? Really enjoy your vids man, keep them coming!
Q3 and q4 are American market tires. In Europe we have different tireswith different names, I believe they're fabricated in France.
@@lennardspit i had no idea! Thanks for the info
@@s13Dylan i use q3 on my 636 at track days but Diablos on my TL1000r i love them both.
Hahaha lucas nich ganz so lit 😂❤️
no warmers?? thats interesting. would love to take my r1 to that track great video!!!!
Lol no bike NEEDS warmers. Ye just got to take it handy for a couple of laps
which domino cam are you using ?
What camera is he using?
Yes! It said 999 and I gave you your 1000th like 😂
Where is this track?
Where do people buy those Manx flag reservoir socks from?
Were have u got the camera mounted?
DecoD71 his helmet
camcorder?
Why do you place your right hand that way? Like you're not holding the throttle with the full palm, but only with part of it. Is it to keep your first two fingers more ready for braking?
you said it. quicker transition to braking and also rev matching.
@@0991ekul tried a couple of times while riding...but just doesn't fit me, I feel like having less control.
less steering control? turning the bike properly is done by pushing on the bar, so you aren't using your fingers at all. or shouldn't be using your fingers perhaps.
@@0991ekul sounds weird to explain...I just feel less "connected" with the bike if I assume this position, and I fear to lose my grip on the handlebars. Plus my right forearm gets tired quickly. I'm not nearly as fast as this guys, I'm approaching track days and maybe my riding style is still far away to be effective.
Geile Videos machst ! Hier konstant 1.37/38.
Danke! 1:33 Bestzeit in 2018
Will am Samstag mit Bikersdays dahin ;) Dann aber mit Dunlop D213 GP Pro! Die 1:10 muss mal fallen :D
1:08 hoch incoming, you heared it here first! :D
Alter javic. Aus welchem Loch bist du denn gekrochen? 😂😂🙆
Man, look at yoursel at 4:22 (start at 4:10 to prepare). Your front tyre dances like*****!! Is this not a ture issue?
Nahuel Anso no just really hard braking I would say
Two things: 1. Why can't get get a motorbike game that handles first person like this. 2. Late entry into a corner is best kept for corners coming onto a straight, as you gain a higher exit speed from the, so you can get higher top speed on the straight. However when you use it on corners where there are following corners, it will screw up your line for the following corners which happened in this video.
Prove it by uploading your vid.
Prove it yourself!
