The reason the therizinosaurus has toe-claws is because they used the same body and legs for the Indoraptor.
Lego is so lazy, the result is that the Lego Theri looks more like a giant raptor with a beak. XD

@@Crawdaddyjr5352 while the Giga’s head is a reprint of the indominus head, the Giga’s body is bigger than any other dinosaur body yet. Even if it didn’t have the ridge on its back, it’s body is still longer.

The Giga's body mold is actually a completely new one, if you compare it to the T-rex or the Indominus, they're both actually smaller than the Giga(at least, if you compare the body pieces) As for the tail, head, legs, and arms, those are all just re colored and re printed parts.
I know it's huge!
Can't wait for someone to take the lego giga model and make some crappy Transformer oit of it

Giga head: indominus rex, giga hands: T. rex, giga legs: T rex, I-rex, giga tail: I-rex
But giga have 3 fingers, T. rex has two finger

I’m pretty sure that extra building with the weird helicopter is supposed to be a recreation of the one we see a lot of shots of with Wu working in, especially since that helicopter is shown once in one of the trailers flying through a snowy mountain area. But weird to include it, but makes sense since other than that all they could really be able to do would be to try and bulk out the tower.

@@austinpartingospel7635 the hair and actual face of him is the same as the 2015 version, difference is just that he has a big beard on his face since Lego don’t have a print kind for facial hair that matches his in the movie, which is between stubble and an actual beard.
The rest of his clothing just resembles that of his in the movie as well.

But lazy enough as Giga's face model is the Indominus' and Theri's legs model is the Indoraptor's plus Giga's arms are the same as T-rex

@@hansuri401 I'm ok with Giga sharing Indy's head because Giga in the movie looks a lot like Indy anyway and Indy was created with Giga DNA, which explains the resemblance, but the Giga having T.rex arms and the Theri-Indoraptor hybrid just make me cringe. XD
After seeing the movie, I have to say that LEGO did a great job with not just this set, but the entire Dominion wave. Apart from Ramsay and Dodgeson, there really isn’t much that LEGO missed out on from this film.
If only the Head and arms were different for the Giga and the legs were different for the Therizino, then it would look so much better.
IKR, all of those simple mistakes made me hate the figures!
I think the head for the Giga’s kinda accurate, taking into account how it’s DNA was heavily used for the Indominus Rex(though saying that, it’s missing a middle spike).
Why not use different arm sculpts and edit the head sculpt to make it look more like the Giga, cuz I'm getting Indominus Rex vibes more than Giganotosaurus vibes

All this really makes you wonder if a "Lego Jurassic World 2" game could happen in the future which would cover Fallen Kingdom, Dominion and likely Camp Cretaceous too in order to give the game more length similar to how Lego Jurassic World covered all 4 Jurassic Park films that existed at the time
I'm only saying this with the Lego set's we have now for Jurassic Park

Fun fact the Giga’s mold is the exact same as the indominus just with the extra back spike, and the therizinosaurus mold is from the indoraptor that’s why it has the sickle claw

Unfortunately Lego doesn’t always get a lot of information on what sets they’re making or planning on making,
they do get the basic scene idea like the things in the trailer and the concept art.
@@thenewlbj yeah if lego is making a set off of a something new like a new show or movie then there’s basing there sets off concept art take or to avoid spoilers they just make random sets marvel is a huge example and the main ones who do it

I do like the whole Warpath: Jurassic Park route they’re taking. It makes sense humans would fight dinosaurs like they do with modern day animals. Hopefully the movies has multiple Dino battles not just one big predictable one at the end.

Lego has been lacking with their recent Lego sets. The Baryonyx has a sickle toe claw as well, and they used a trike with nasutoceratops colors. It would have been cool if they made unique head mold for the nasuto, it would have more of an Incentive to get
The nasutoceratops thing is really disappointing, all they needed was to give it a new head and boom extra cash in their pockets and more dinosaur variation
The Baryonyx also had the Indominus Rex arms if I remember right
This was one of the first videos I’ve seen from you for ages now and while a lot has changed, it’s still the good ole gaming beaver that I know and love. It’s awesome to see you talk about the new toys from the dominion wave especially the lego sets and this video helped made me more hyped for Dominion. Can’t wait to catch up on the stuff I missed
Love the set and love the Therizinosaurus with its awesome looking claws I think I’ve never seen those types of claws but they are awesome, but the only thing with the Therizinosaurus is that the tail is like a normal raptor instead of a flat sloth tail but the set was awesome 👏

I love how on the back of the box it has the Giga's size based on the actual animal and not the movie non giga. Like, lego must have missed the memo about ditching the actual size and only using the Godzillasaurus size. And on the other box it has rexy's size based off an actual trex. Like I said, lego must have not got the memo. Or they just wanted to have a little more accuracy than the movie and put the sizes we actually kbow the animals coukd grow to. Love it lol

I think they've been showing the tower so much in the promotion of this film is because that's where they're tryna hide from the giga but, I don't know why the Therizinosaurus is in the set maybe we'll get a brief fight between the Giganotosaurus and the Therizinosaurus during the finale
