    The Nanjing Massacre was a horrible one that even surpassed the Jewish persecution by the Nazis. Most in SE Asia would have heard about it or learnt in History lessons but not touched on in the Japanese curriculum.

      Americans remember the “Bataan death march”, but in China, during the Japanese invasion, everywhere was like that, and even much more cruel.

    Nice video, Nanjing is known as " South Capital", the original capital city of Republic of China( ROC), when Nanjing was fallen to Japan invasion, KMT ( the ruiling party of ROC) fled to Chongqing city, and claimed Chongqing as the Capital of China. Japan surrendered in 1945, and civil war broke out, KMT army ( the nationalist army )retreated to Taiwan, and CPC army ( communist party army) united the mainland China, called the People's republic of China(PRC)

    Nanjing has a rather dark and tragic history, being sacked and ravage twice, in 1860s and in 1937. I would not visit the city. too many lost souls.

    • @Hoo88846
      @Hoo88846 6 месяцев назад +1

      No, lost souls aren’t trapped there. It’s good to learn history instead of Japanese historical revisionism whitewashing their crimes.
      Japanese government, in an effort to whitewash their WWII crimes, and to divert and deflect from their own crimes, are funding massive anti China troll armies, anti China propangada channels and media in the west to demonize and slander China, blaming China of their own crimes while overly advertising Japanese culture, which is a Chinese Tang Dynasty culture. This is why the internet and all over the western media are filled with propaganda media praising Japan while trashing China, basically flipping the truth upside down. Under every single Chinese video introducing Chinese culture, civilization and history are these Japanese government funded bot spewing hate speeches such as calling Chinese cuisine “disgusting” and “too much oil”, and under every Chinese pet video as “animal abuse” no matter what the Chinese do, and under every single Chinese documentary about Chinese history, culture and tourism videos as “CCP propaganda” and anyone correcting their lies as “CCP shill”. Japan has been hiding behind USA, the propaganda media and channels and the troll armies they massively fund to project and blame shifting all their problems onto China the scapegoat, to divert attention away from Japanese WWII crimes such as Nanjing Massacre, Unit 731, Comfort women sex slavery, Chichijima Incideny cannibalism, Bataan Death March, etc. In the meanwhile, all Chinese inventions and cultural elements invented by China are all intentionally misbranded by these massively funded channels and media as “Japanese”. Chinese lamian or pulled noodles become “Japanese ramen”. Chinese zhajiangmian or fried sauce noodles become “Korean jjajangmyon”. Chinese fen or rice noodles become “Vietnamese pho”. One of the Four Great Chinese inventions paper invented during the Chinese Han Dynasty by Cai Lun become “washi” or “hanji “. Cantonese wok becomes “Japanese wok”. Cantonese char siu or barbecued pork becomes “Japanese chashu”. Even Peking duck (Peking is the Cantonese romanization of Beijing, the capital of China) is now propagated by Japanese government funded propaganda channels as “Japanese Peking duck”. Japan is massively funding anti China propaganda channels, media and massive troll armies to make China become the scapegoat of their own crime of copying and being “evil and threat”. Their excuse is “anti-communism”. They can’t have a military except a self defence army, so they hide behind USA which they have bribed with medical data from Unit 731, and hide behind the excuse of “anti-communism” to continuously culturally, historically and geographically destroying China, hiding bots to show “free Xinjiang. Free Tibet”. Hiring bots and troll armies to spam every single Chinese video spewing crap about Chinese cooking, Chinese history, Chinese civilization, Chinese pet videos, etc. Noodles, dumplings, rice, rice noodles, rice wine, chopsticks, hotpot, tea, tea ceremony, soy sauce, miso, bean curd, paper folding art, penzai (bonsai in Japanese), weiqi (game of go) are all Chinese inventions. Google search for “bonsai invention”, “chopsticks invention”, “tea invention” etc for all the stuffs I listed above. They are all Chinese inventions. But due to massively Japanese government funded anti China propaganda with their unfinished WWII wet dream of invading China and taking over China, they are all misbranded as “Japanese” and given Japanese sounding terms to make people forget that their true inventor is China. They try to share spoils with South Korea, Philippines, India and make Taiwanese fight against their own brothers using communism as an excuse. So now Koreans are claiming Confucius is “Korean” and that Koreans invented Oracle bones script and Koreans invented rice cultivation, etc, once again, destroying and wiping out China and Chinese with China demonization and de-sinicizing by wiping the name “China” off everything Chinese invented and everything Chinese culture. They are attempting massive cultural genocide and historical revisionism of Chinese history. Japan isn’t done with WWII yet, except they have been hiding behind their massively funded propaganda western media, channels and troll armies to continuously spread hate against China disguised as “anti-CCP” and behind USA disguised as “anti-dictatorship”.

      Well I can answer some of it. I traveled quite a bit as a kid and one of those trips was China. Most magical vacation of my life. In high school, I went on exchange to Japan. I wanted to see what it would be like having to integrate into a culture far from the west and East Asian culture was something I found to be quite interesting. I've always been a curious person and loved history, culture and politics from a very young age. In this Jiayi and I are very similar.
      Jiayi is a Zhejiang university graduate. Both of his parents went to university as well, but he's from a very normal middle class family.
      In the future, we definitely want to discuss more in-depth topics both about ourselves, but also society and history 😊

    3:56。这些是“石像生”。是古墓达到一定的规格后。在去墓葬的“神道”两侧布置的。。。神道的尽头就是祭奠建筑群。而且会有守墓人家族的生活区。。就是一个类似寺庙的布局。。有灵堂等各种设施。。中国古代守墓人经常延续很长时间。。现在还有很多村子的前身是守墓人家族繁衍出来的。
    不同规格的古墓。有不同等级的石像生。。秦汉时期逐步开始兴起。隋唐完善。直到清代结束。。
    中国古墓墓葬形制非常清晰。。民间技术甚至超过官方。。这也导致盗墓猖獗。很多古墓盗洞有上百个。。也就是经历过上百次盗掘。几千年来摸金校尉的高手都在民间。他们始终比官方考古更精准。更早发现。。。。
    现在中国考古的原则是“抢救发掘”。既跟在盗墓贼身后考古。不被盗的话只勘探记录。保护。。不去主动挖掘古墓。秦始皇陵 乾陵。都是调查的非常仔细却始终没有进行考古挖掘的大型墓葬。。

    我们中国人去国外没有要求国外提供中文服务,都是主动学习当地语言,为什么外国人到中国就可以理直气壮的要求中国政府机构提供非中文服务?中国不是双语国家,民营机构赢利性组织可以按照顾客要求提供非中文服务,但是政府服务机构没有义务提供非中文服务 这是国家文化主权问题。

      如果他们说有英文解释,那么就应该有。而且我们说的是景点,景点。欧美景点到处都是中文好不好。我们没有说日常需要英文,只是景点都不可以啊,那怎么赚英语游客的钱呢。而且英语游客是世界上最大的游客群体,任何政府都想要赚国际游客的钱,你让游客几天内学会中文并读懂历史碑文吗?你知道疫情之后因为外籍游客的下降,很多景点收入大幅下降以至于难以为继吗?这时候应该想想怎么吸引游客,而不是在这个时候搞这种文化“自信”。

All ethnicities, living harmoniously with the CCP keeps improving their livelihood, serving the people well. A real Democracy.
