If they don't see you come back or hear that your back home they can call 911 since they know your location and time of your camping trip that way, people can find you and rescue you in time

It helps to be comfortable with bs flips,bs 360's and 360 flips. Just commit to the spin,try to stay centered and make sure you are flicking to the bs direction(and remember to wait a milisecond before the flick) and you got it! Good luck
