    Here in Germany it’s still pretty hot and I am longing for crispier days. I love autumn, it’s my favorite season. 🍂🌾🍁🌻 Thank you for taking us along with you. The kynren would be something I would visit too. I don’t think we have something like that, beside medieval festivals. Have a nice week! 🖤🍀

    I hope you're feeling better. I've been depressed and it's been hard to get out in Nature. I've had to force myself, but I ALWAYS feel better once I'm out there, talking to the trees and caressing their mossy trunks!

      Yeah it’s hard to get out when you feel down. But once I get out it’s always better for me too. Sometimes my hubby forces me and I’m thankful for that. 😅 Have a wonderful week! 🍀

    Wonderful video. Such a pretty garden. Love the soup you made at the end. It's great that you grow many of your own vegetables - healthier and better for the planet w/o the plastic produce bags. / The book you were browsing through at 2:05, Art of the Celts, is really nice and reminded me of a book I have, Celtic Art: Symbols & Imagery by Miranda Green. It's really interesting and full of many color photos of Celtic art. / I'm just getting over Covid (8 days later). I had more body aches this 2nd time around, and I really felt quite depressed myself. Better now, so I rode my bike today, but for too long (in 95 F weather) and got queasy. Felt better after a couple of electrolyte drinks. Rain or shine, we must take care of our bodies and spirits. Anyway, I wish you well and a beautiful September to you! 🤎🍁🍵💛🫖🍂🧡

    Beautiful vlog, love a national trust place, and it always helps cheer one up, the history and nature there, not to mention cheap books! Totally get the Twilight thing.. Obsessed with the books as a teen, the rainy Northern vibes.. & like you said, whilst the films are pretty bad, they definitely caught the aesthetic and vibe of that lush, green, historic land & love there! :) Hope you're well, happy September!

    Lovely video! The horse show looked great all lit up at night, brilliant! Can you comment the soup recipe please it looked lovely! I'm really trying to embrace the season this year as I tend to worry about S.A.D affecting me. Hopefully viewing it all different can help my mood

      To be honest I have no recipe, I just chop up any vegetables I want very small and put them in along with a good heaping of lentils and beans (this time I had dried mung beans). I simmer it with boiling water and stock (could be from a cube, bottle or homemade), and add whatever spices and herbs, usually turmeric, black pepper, salt, fresh ginger and mixed herbs. I just check it often to see if it needs more water or not, usually I simmer it for about 30-45 mins :) Hope you enjoy the season!

    I know what you mean I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety for years now. It comes and goes in bouts but I’ve become much better at managing it the older I get (36 now).
    Whenever my mood is starting to feel a bit low and I can feel myself starting to go that way I always just go a spend some time in my local woodland or down my allotment. Both just seem to have a way of giving me that lift that I need

    Its Fall, Y'all!

  • @AmandaJuneHagarty
    @AmandaJuneHagarty Месяц назад

    I bet you would love it here in Washington State, you should visit sometime. The fall is the best time to do so too. We call January to June "Junuary" sometimes, because although we do have sunny days or years that are more sunny than others, that's the most likely time to have long bouts of grey skies and forget what the sun looks like lol. They from about June to early August it's just hot and sunny and almost never rains. When I say hot I guess that's relative. Mostly 70s to 80s (F) but we usually get at least 3 days in the 90s or higher. Then mid August you start getting what I call "glorious fall days" because the sun has started to loose its strength, but it's still sunny and dry. The edge is off the heat and you can just go out and drink in the sun. At this time of year I like to drink in the "fermenting forest wine" smell of the woods. It smells like someone is making wine from leaves and blackberries or something. It's very heady. At some point in September we will start to get a touch more rain. But it can stay glorious until deep in October. Samhain is always the turning point. All the way up until Oct 30, when I was a child, I would plan some costume or amazingly long truck or treat route that would finally get me a full pillowcase of candy. And then exactly on Samhain the weather would turn and we would have rain or bitter cold and I had to add layers to my costume to stay warm and I would have to retreat home after once around the block for candy to get warm and dry again. In November is when we get heavy rain storms and strong wind storms. December is frosty but calm, then January is when we are likely to get at least 3 days of sub zero temps and a big fall of snow. But nobody every shovels their driveway because it will be melted after a few days. And then it starts all over. For some reason this year the weather was like a yoyo. We go February heat and sun. Then March grey and rain, then April heat and sun. Then May grey and rain. It really made a weird season actually. All the Maple trees have powder mildew and a lot more weeds got it too than normal. Very strange weather year

    I joined Slavic pagan group before many years. But it tkae long time to choose right group. The first group i joined was only about money. Second group was more natural but they do some rituals from others pagan religions. After long time i find third group who is natural Slavic. We do rituals but no that big as you do. We are group around 20 people. We do own clothes, swords, shields, bows.
