I never understand now that I can do tre’s why people say it’s all in your back foot for about 2 years I was catching tre’s perfect (minus a 180 flip) as soon as a learnt the flick it was game over 🤷🏼♀️😂 learn to scoop first then the flick, the flick is difficult because it’s not like a kickflip it more like a light mob flip and you’ll know when you catch a good flick because the tre will stay right underneath you (giving that your scoop is correct)👍🏼 nice video by the way G
Jakeyjammin yooooo You explained it so well about the flick. Not even a flick, like a slight tap flick. That feeling when you do it just right and it wraps around is so true 😂 thanks for the love G 👌🏼
There’s so many different types of tre flips I flick mines like a kick flip
Seriously helpful mate! Thanks for this :D
no problem! glad it helped!
nice im going to go try one right now thanks bro
ayye get it!
You got a nice style and I love your pant what kind of pants do you have
thank you! i'm wearing champs
Nice one. This the first trick tip that opened up the tre flip for me. It's the tip about turning your deck about 90 degrees before popping the tail. Really appreciate this one.
ayyee great to hear it helped you out
yep.. very helpful to know this. im finally starting to get 360flips down after i figured this out
If the board does a full 360 but half a flip(board upside down) what am i doing wrong ?
you might be flicking it too late. i know a lot of people will say that you need to flick more, that MIGHT be true some times, but when you scoop the board, you should already be flicking it. so if you go to 0:48 when i scoop the board my front foot is already flicking it when it's 90 degrees. i don't want to sound arrogant or anything, but when i say tre flips are all about the back foot it's pretty true because i can do tre flips barefoot and it hurts like crazy when i flick it so i try not to flick it, just focus on scooping it with a slight tap with my front foot and im able to do a tre flip.
Just lift up and hang your front foot when scooping. Ur heel on ur front foot should be higher than ur toe. Not flat. It gives you more control on flick
For me I have a straight backfoot and and stick my front foot out but I still end up landing with what seems like both feet at the same time. When I pop shuv front foot catch it feels like I actually have control and catch it but not when I do front foot tres. Any tips?
try to practice how you scoop and "bring" your back foot/leg back on the board. depending how fast you scoop your board, when you flick with your front foot, the board should almost come straight to your front foot.. you should be able to catch it. When you feel like you are about to catch the board with your front foot, you just want to bring your back foot/leg "away" from the board and not like... bring it immediately back onto the board. hard to explain in words. made a POV video where i do 33360 flips and you can see how i do them
@@hideaki_n thanks for the advice homie but I got them on lock now😂

The D.Z.A. Haha much love. Swear he has one of the best. So chill.
what are the chances of me getting tre flips down before kickflips? I really wanna get this down
it's possible. just really have to practice the scoop and do a light flick you should be good
goooood job!!!!👍👍👊👊
thank you!
I already have tre's on lock I can do them down pretty big stuff but I just can't get that front foot catch it feels impossible
ayyye that's sick! it takes a little practice but try "relaxing" your back foot after you scoop. the scoop is on in the back foot/ankle and not entirely your whole leg if you know what i mean. Then when you jump just let your back foot just stay down and don't really have to bring it up so much. Also going "faster" is easier to do front foot catch than when going slow because the momentum will help you more. hope it helps. let me know if you have any questions
@@hideaki_n alright thanks bro! I’ll practice them next session
