Hi dear Emily, please forgive my worried and anguished- tone, but I truly feel you are the only one in this community who can understand. I don't know what I'm doing wrong with regards to German. I enjoy the language so much. Am I worrying too much and is this preventing me from learning? I'm so overwhelmed by the grammar. Yet so many people say that grammar is not even the way to study a language, like for example, 'babies don't learn languages by grammar' this is the typical response i always get..and I DO understand that...as kids we do not intensively study and memorize grammar rules. We pick up via immersion. My problem is, I'm NOT a kid anymore, and as an adult language learner, I feel more confident if I can really get the grasp of the grammar. I tried to make a list of all the grammar elements in German, everything: nouns, verbs, tenses, cases, pronouns in each case...prepositions...separable verbs, adjectives, I tried to compile everything and to be as thorough as I could. But I just can't understand, how will I ever get this? Do I just accept I can't learn this language and give up? I know it's not the end of the world if i Did and obviously it's not the only language in the world..but I feel sad as I invested so much time and energy and feel like I'm just too dumb with this language =( So sorry again Emily. I'm practically in tears as I write this because I just can't understand how to learn this language, maybe I did everything incorrectly.

I want to become fluent in German but I don’t know how
That is impossible 😅
Depends on perspective and circumstances
As an arabic native speaker
Is there any recommendations to learn it as getman-arabic?
I'm sure there must be resources, but haven't come across personal ones to recommend unfortunately

I appreciate what you're doing. Keep it up
