Thank you for these Podcasts. I encouraged by your content as my grown children and I have hypermobile EDS. (I am wondering if there is a way to slow down the women's voices as it seems much too fast and interferes with comprehending the amazing content?) Thank you again!

I am so sorry about the speed of the voices. That should not be a problem with future episodes. Have you checked out the transcript for this episode? That might help:)

I have been able to watch the episodes after this one that had your voices at normal speed & I'm soaking them up! I'm loving your informative channel and recommending them to many EDS family & friends. The topics are relevant and share great information for us.
I did try following along with the transcript but my brain, eyes and ears were still struggling with each other. It is probably just me. 😅
I did finish the podcast and still appreciated it. Thank you for taking time to do these!

I have been taking Omeprazole for the last 5 years, prescribed by a NHS gastroenterologist! I will try to get off of it now !

Thank you so much for the kind words and be sure to consult with your own healthcare team before making any changes! There are cases (albeit more rare) where long term use is appropriate.
