In the end, I talked myself out of it b/c I would want to find the JSK in ivory as I already have the OP in red. I love that print, but I have strong feelings about the colorways and cuts. If it was on LM then mostly it was 😂 Also it’s funny you say that because while I don’t have any real feelings about the colorways, I do have some strong feelings about the different cuts! And may or not believe that certain ones are superior to others lol

Right?! I think a lot of people over look raincoats in lolita fashion but seriously once you own one, it’s a complete game changer. Especially if you’re someone who wants to wear lolita regularly, having pieces like this are essential in making that possible. Oh also rainboots! Which are next on my list of practical things to buy lol

Seriously the first JSK that I made totally had me stressed out in the beginning while I was making it, but once I finished it I was honestly just so proud of myself for actually completing it that I didn’t even care if it wasn’t 100% perfect. Even if yours doesn’t turn out exactly the way you hoped, the great part about making your own clothes is that you can always make another one and take the knowledge you gained from this project and apply it to the next! Anyways wishing you all the luck on your first JSK 🍀🧵😊
