If the constant B is the same as the correlation coefficient, how is it that it can exceed 1?

Hi Dr Rege, may I please ask this question?
Where can I obtain or purchase StatproGo?
When I googled StatproGo, the only results I could find was for Statpro. I installed Statpro in Excel 2007 and if I could find a 64 bit version for Excel 2016, I would install it as well.
When I line up real estate data just like you did and run Statpro just like you did, it does not leave column A blank to enter data and does not automatically add 1 for constant. Statpro opens and starts along Column A. I can't enter 1, 1000, 3, 2, 2 and 10 like you did and have Statpro calculate or forecast anything. And, Predicted Value, Pred Error and Trend Error is not there in Statpro result. This is why I'm searching for StatproGo or an excel add in that would work like in your video.
    Thank you for your time.

Baton Rouge Home Appraisers hi , I wonder if there has been an update to the software. The step by step analysis and set up is from this book. www.wiley.com/en-au/Data+Driven+Business+Decisions-p-9780470619605
The book also came with a CD which allowed me to download the necessary functions including solver and statprogo. Hopefully this can help.
